  WOW. came for our 45th wedding anniversary and my husband could not have picked a more perfect hotel and location. Flight delayed by 2 hours and arrived very tired at 1.30am to be warmly greeted by Sergio. What a lovely man he is. We received the best type of customer service from Sergio. So from the second we walked in, we knew our holiday was going to be amazing. He opened the restaurant where there was hot and cold drinks plus food for us to help ourselves. There was only us 2 in the restaurant. Totally unexpected and very much appreciated. Certainly made us feel like a very valued customer. Then on to the room. First thing to hit you as you step out of the lift was the lovely smell and cleanliness. The room itself had comfortable beds and comfortable pillows. Was so quiet every night and always got a good night’s sleep. Surprised they had quite a few English channels on the tv. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything that we wanted or needed. Shower was hot and powerful with clean towels daily. Cleaner came in everyday. Balcony had 2 chairs and a table with plenty of room. We had a side sea view on the 4th floor. From the balcony the sunrise over the sea to the right was spectacular and the sunset by the mountain to the left was so unexpected. We were all inclusive and it was worth every penny. I seriously cannot think of any food they did not cook. Each night there was a different food theme from different countries plus the regular choice of food. The people behind the scenes for the restaurant deserve a medal. And all was so tasty. Waiters and waitresses worked none stop clearing tables etc. Always a table free no matter what time you went in. Even though the hotel was full it never felt crowded and no real queues to get the food. The pool was lovely and inviting and once again we always got a sunbed when we went down mid morning. The children’s pool looked great and is situated around the corner from the main pool. Everywhere Kept spotlessly clean, including the gardens. The entertainment was so good, especially for the little ones. During the day there was music around the pool and games etc but not loud or overpowering. They got the tone just right. The snack bar and drinks bar were amazing. The food, hamburgers, hotdogs etc were great. The Sky Bar is a must. The views are incredible. The Balinese beds are fantastic. The whole ambience is great. Then for one of the best parts. Walk down 5 steps from the pool area and you are walking straight on the sandy beach where the sea stays shallow until you are very far out. The sea is turquoise and shades of blue and so clear. For us it was paradise. If steps are a problem then the beach can be reached from outside the front of the hotel. We walked in the sea from the hotel to Port Alcudia. We leave today and we are already looking to book up again.

  A wonderful place full of lovely people

  This hotel is a gem. Firstly and most importantly, what made it special were the staff, who were, each and every one, so kind and genuine. They work incredibly hard and I sincerely hope they are appreciated for it. I especially want to mention Paquita, who has such a beautiful soul and brightened every morning for us. Also the lovely Estefania, Daniel, Daoda, Hanna, Diana, Roger Smith and the lovely manager I can't remember the name of (so sorry) who organised a birthday treat for my mum, were all wonderful too. I'm learning Spanish and they were all so patient and encouraging speaking with me.Secondly, the food! My parents are vegetarians and we have often struggled in European countries, but they were really happy with the selection here. It's also a true all-inclusive, and you never feel like you're asking for too much. The location is amazing as it's literally on the beach, and you fall asleep to the sounds of waves. A very special place that we would love to return to one day.

  Second visit here...

  Back from our second trip to Condesa, this was the first time we have returned to a hotel that we have already visited as we liked it so much the first time. (Near identical dates last May)The hotel and the general area, beach and town seemed more busy than last year, but this was not a problem and didnt detract from our stay. The food remained good (B&B again this year) and the standards of the room and communal areas has stayed high. I mentioned last year a drinks package would be cool, but this wasn’t available.There was one small issue, we had booked one of the rooms with “limited sea view”, exactly as we did last year and initially we were in a room that looked directly into the kids slide area (a great facility if you have kids with you) and the sea/beach was not really visible at all as there is a bock of apartments that sit on the other side so the sea view was more than just “limited”. However this is where the staff on the ground in Condesa manage to come into their own as one of the hotels great assets (as they were last year). I went to the desk to raise the issue, but due to the numbers of guests there wasn’t much that could be done as all the rooms were taken up. I was told to come back the next morning. When we went back the lady on the desk really pulled out all the stops to ensure that we were moved to a room that was more in keeping with what we had enjoyed the previous visit. I’d say we lucked in as the room exceeded that expectation by being even nicer than last year. Technically it was a very similar room but just a bit further along towards the beach. It was great, so while we did loose out our first night in a room that wasn’t quite what were expecting, Condesa staff ended up managing to get us a room that perfectly made up for that.Thank you to all the staff for another great stay in Condesa.

  Lovely hotel great views straight onto to the beautiful Muro beach

  Beautiful location walk straight onto the beach from Hotel Condessa, great atmosphere, nice and chilled this time of year. The rooms were a decent size, had to pay extra for the beautiful see view but worth it.ye good value.very clean its gleaming and smells really nice.corridors can be a little noisy sometimes due to cleaners starting really early.service was good they changed our room due to us paying for a sea view.no kettle unless you hire one for €10 which you get back at end of stay. Fabulous for families with children also due to having children’s pools also, and great entertainment in the evening
