This attractive beach hotel is surrounded by a beautiful 600 m² garden, on a side street in the lively town of El Arenal. It is just 600 m to the stunning long sandy beach and the sea as well as the pretty harbour. Slightly further away guests will arrive at the amusement park, Aquacity. Public transport departs from stops located directly in front of the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 5 single rooms and 88 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Title: Aggressive Staff & Refused Valid BookingI arrived with a confirmed Hotels.com booking for myself and my 17‑year‑old son, which fully met the hotel’s own policy. The night receptionist refused to honour the booking, claimed my son wasn’t included, and became aggressive — even shouting directly in his face.This happened around 4am and left us stranded outside with a minor, forcing us to return to the airport. It was unsafe, distressing, and completely unacceptable.Travellers should be aware of this experience before booking.M

    I was concerned about this hotel after reading several negative reviews. However, I was pleased to see that these reviews are not accurate. The room, while basic, was clean. The beds, while squeaky, were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.Many guests had complained about the noise levels. In the 4 days we were there we only heard noise from an adjacent room for about 10 minutes.The negatives are that the hotel is currently unable to serve any food due to pipe issues and they do not have a bar. The location is not great if you have mobility issues, it is a climb but doesn't take too long. The beach and main shopping/eating area was about a 10 minute walk downhill.

    Where to start.....This hotel was awful!The staff were pleasant and friendly. However, they could only work with what they have.The photos do not reflect what you will find at the hotel. There are 11 sun loungers available for the entire hotel. The rooms are dated and many look unclean as a result. My room had black mould in the shower. The toilet flush was broken which I had to fix myself.There are 2 bars. One inside, one by the pool. Both unmanned leaving guests to obtain their own drinks from a nearby supermarket.After complaining about guests returning at the crack of dawn, singing, shouting and generally being disruptive, nothing was done.If you are travelling as a family this is certainly not the place you want to be.If you are looking for a simple base, that if booked in advance can be reasonably priced, then you get what you pay for. That said I have seen nights being priced in excess of 100 euros. For that price you can book an all inclusive hotel which would be a much more pleasant enjoyable stay.Now for the few good points....It is located quite close to the beach. However if you have mobility issues walking to and from will be challenging due to the steep climb up from the main strip where the beach is located. Same applies accessing vlbars and restaurants. If you have no mobility issues than you are 5-10 minutes walk from pretty much everything you need to have a better time.Overall I was disappointed with what I found

    Lovely friendly staff, clean amenities, clean and spacious room with stunning views. Close to shops and bus routes to Palma/other destinations, beaches nearby are amazing. Outstanding quality hotel for a reasonable price would like to return in the future.

    decent thing about this hotel is the matress, proper memory foam. Other than that, nothing good to say about the hotel. There is no entertainment AT ALL. the pool bar is non existant, and the pool is filthy.staff friendly. Breakfast is a sham of cold food. The...drinks machine never works
