Location

The hotel is wonderfully located in the centre of Magalluf, surrounded by shopping and entertainment venues. The nearest beautiful sandy beach is 500 metres away, the nearest golf course about 4 km and Palma de Mallorca airport is 35 minutes from the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 2 single rooms and 202 double rooms located in two 9-storey buildings with lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee). Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer.     Nice hotel for a couple getaway.

    Really nice hotel, with a nice pool-area overlooking the sea. the breakfast menu was superb, with a lot fresh fruits and other stuff that was freshly made while eating. The room was very nice and large, so perfect. It was very nice that we could get cool water to drink in the hallway on each floor, so we didnt need to bring back water from the shops.The poolbar was also very nice, you could both eat at get a drink at the pool.The staff was very helpful with car-rental, and everything else we asked them about. The hotel even had 2 rooms for showering, that we used after checkout because we had to be at the airport late at the evening, so we could stay at the hotel, until the bus drove towards the airport.the area of Magaluf is one of a kind, you have to be prepered for a lot of adult-places in the streets, and some loud and drunk people, but the hotel is far from it, so no problem there.     The hotel is excellent and tidy. It is located on a steep cliff. There are places for relaxation and rest. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is tasty and varied. The hotel is on a hill, so going down to the beach is more difficult for people with limited mobility, but there is a pool accessible by elevator. The town center and public transport stops are nearby. You can easily reach the capital Palma by bus 104. In April, there are no crowds of tourists, and it is not hot.     Hi, I was at the hotel for 3 nights with 21 lads, we all loved it , the staff, the food , the cleanliness, the location , the walkway to the beach. Just one tiny tiny things , is that, I was staying in room 2006 and there really could be a lot more signs to direct you to lifts or staircases to tell you that up.or down will get you here or here, there were times it was a guessing fame, but honestly it wasn't too much of a problem. Also , I love my kids , but adults only was fantastic.     Bad luck! I was put in one of the four rooms outside the main building. These rooms are on the ground floor in a courtyard where guests are constantly coming and going. The real problem is that there’s no soundproofing and the walls are made of cardboard! You can hear your neighbour’s conversation. What’s more, those who arrive in the middle of the night at 3 am have no respect for anyone and talk as if it were broad daylight in their loud voices – like english people !When I asked to change rooms, the staff ignored my comments and I ended up buying earplugs so I could sleep in peace!     As one of the first guests of the season we experienced a warm welcome by reception, friendly service at the pool bar and professional and friendly service in the restaurant , where we enjoyed the large and varied options for breakfast and dinner The hotel is stunning, clean and modern and I never stopped being amazed at the view and location , well worth the walk up that hill, that isnt a negative for us but is to be considered for others.I am already trying to plan a return visit in busier times to enjoy that pool and terrace.
