“An amazing holiday – packed with great entertainment!”

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The whole resort is beautifully kept, the staff are super friendly and always happy to help, and the food was fresh, tasty, and full of variety every single day.A special shout-out goes to the entertainment team led by Samuel – you guys were incredible! The program was so much fun and never boring: from morning gymnastics and aqua aerobics to kids’ activities, the kids’ club, water sports, and loads of games, there was something for everyone. Every day brought something new, and the team’s energy and enthusiasm made it even better. Thanks to the perfect mix of comfort, great service, and such a fun entertainment crew, we had an unforgettable holiday. Highly recommended!

Overall our experience at this hotel has not been great. I have stayed in 4 star all inclusive hotels all over Europe in the last 20 years and unfortunately this comes at the bottom of the list. I have tried to give a breakdown of things I wish I’d known before booking. Arrival - We arrived around 8pm, the receptionist was rude and quite abrupt in her manner, presumptive in thinking we were Dutch and seemed put out that we were English. The additional charge for tourist tax was £45.80 per room. (We had 2 rooms for 8 nights)Reception Area - Clean and bright with a few sofa’s then additional bucket style seating with tables in front of the bar area. Entertainment - Mini disco and then in house entertainment which wasn’t very good. Room - Large and spacious room with separate bedroom area bed we’re comfortable and there were extra blankets and pillows on the wardrobe if needed, Small Fridge, Microwave but no kettle and no facility to get a hot drink prior to breakfast opening at 8am. Bathroom was a good size with a separate door inside it to the toilet. The water was hot and was it a good water pressure. Aircon - around the hotel seemed rubbish, never felt like you walked out of the sun into a cold area, in the room it had been turned off prior to our arrival and it took about 24hrs to get it to a temperature that was ok.Pool - the pool area is the best bit of the hotel, never felt over crowded and was kept clean, the pool is a good size but gets busy when everyone is in it as there is not any other choice, there is a small paddling pool for small children with a canopy which is a good idea. Yes the pool is salt water but not too bad. There was an indoor pool and sauna advertised and would have been very useful as we had a few days of bad weather but when we asked how to access this we were told it was closed and it would be sunny tomorrow! Not helpful.Children’s play area and club - not used so can’t comment but there is a small play area and a room where then run a kids club. Restaurant & Food - this has to be the worst all inclusive we have ever had, we are not fussy eaters and totally understand the expectation staying at an all inclusive but the food was repetitive and limited, warm. The doors were open so there were also flies which isn’t very pleasant.Breakfast was ok this consisted of bacon and eggs and pancakes on the main station, with the usual pastries, yogurt and cereal (no child friendly options) cheese and bread. Then depending on the day either scrambled or boiled eggs, tomato’s and random things like sweetcorn.Lunch & Dinner the cooking station had a meat and a fish option and fries, then maybe 2 other options in sauce with a couple of side dishes at the other station. There was salad bar and then a section which was I guess a starter option but this tented to be seafood.Dessert - 3 cake choices at meal times again too much repetition and not overly desirable, there were also mouses or jelly option and ice cream with wafers and sauce. There was no theme night and this is the first time I’ve struggled to eat at an all inclusive and in fact we ate out 3 times due to the limited choice. Bars - 2 in total but only 1 open at a time. Pool bar open but the self service was full of wasps. The indoor bar only opened at 6.30pm.Snacks & Drinks - No snack bar, when we booked the details said snack bar but we looked and never found one, the website has since been updated. You could get small pots of ice cream free of charge and a choice of 3 biscuits in an afternoon. The beer is Estrella, there is local wine and sangria on tap, there is a self service slush machine with 2 flavours. Each bar has self service machine for soft drinks which are Coca Cola branded. There is also a coffee machine.Maid service - The maid attended the room daily apart from a Sunday. What did they do?? We are really tidy so our room did not require cleaning so all I would hope for would be fresh towels but actually did not get fresh towels daily and on 2 occasions had to go to the trolley to swap them myself.Staff - Bar staff were not friendly and hardly ever smiled. I am a super friendly person and the restaurant staff weren’t much better although they were kept busy clearing the tables. Location - Lidl and Macedona both a short stroll outside the hotel and McDonalds about a five minute walk. The resort centre was 15 minute walk which had a good range of the usual shops and restaurants. Beach - lovely sandy beach with Sunbeds and security box for a charge again 10/15 walk depending which way you walked.

Fantastic holiday...amazing food...fabulous pool! Cannot recommend this hotel enough for families!

    rating25 Jun 2025

We arrived very early hours of Wednesday morning and checked in to a nice air conditioned hotel with a very nice man from reception whose English wasn't great but he got by and he told us to go to the restaurant which had laid on some snacks for all the late arrivals which I thought was lovely. Our hotel rooms were nice and clean. Mine had a lovely walk in shower and they had provided shower gel/shampoo along with soap, shower caps, toilet rolls and towels.I bought a Roku with us to plug into the TV whilst we were there as I was unsure if we would get British channels. My sons rooms TV didn't have anything other than music on their TV so I'd say, bring a firestick or Roku etc for the evenings if you're a TV watcher. We had 3 rooms in total, one being a family room which had a separate bedroom and two sofas for in the living area. The bathroom had a bath with shower overhead. The food was fantastic! I was worried as I'd read reviews that the food was awful but I can honestly say...it was fabulous! I complimented the Chefs many times...they don't get enough recognition! They did a sort of Paella but with pasta which was out of this world and one evening, they had a massive roast beef joint cooked to perfection. There was lots of variety with fish, chicken, beef, pork on offer every night (mostly in a tasty sauce) along with various potato dishes, rice, pasta and breads including ciabatta. The salads selections were plentiful with pickled onions, gherkins, lots of lettuces (rocket, iceberg etc) and gorgeous beef tomatoes as well as hams, cheeses etc. They also provided dressings. The desserts were also fab with cream cakes, Danish pastries, jelly, ice cream (try the lemon flavour ice cream- divine!!!) mousses, cheesecakes and more. Compliments to the Chefs that make them...they are amazing. The drinks selection in the restaurant was also great. Fruit juices (apple, orange, pineapple and multi fruit along with water and water with fresh lemons in (at breakfast time) hot chocolate, espressos as well as coke, fanta, iced tea and other fizzy drinks. There were also wines on tap too...red and white I believe. Well worth going all inclusive. The pool bar did alcoholic and non alcoholic cocktails which were really nice so it's easy to stay hydrated in major heat. They too had coke, fanta etc on tap as well as water and slushies. The pool is the best pool I've been in abroad. Its big and I think the deepest part (in the middle) was around 5ft. A lifeguard is there 95% of the time and the entertainment staff really do try to get people involved in pool games etc.The kids in our party played water polo with the entertainments staff which they loved. We stayed last week (mid June) and had no problems with getting sunbeds. The pool has showers dotted around all over and the toilets area was mostly clean. Obviously, wet people in and out of toilet facilities will make a mess but this was kept on top of by the staff and the bar and pool areas were always very clean as was the hotel in general. There are a few pool tables outside near the pool which we had a few issues with. They seemed to work intermittently by not releasing the balls or not releasing the white one or not at all...but reception sorted this so it wasn't a problem. There is also a pool table in the bar area of the hotel. The staff overall were lovely however, some of the guests were rude as hell (mostly German-sorry...true) and the hotel staff tend to speak German much better than they did English but this wasn't an issue for us at all and we made ourselves understood. The cleaners come in daily to make beds (not Thursdays or Sundays), wash floors etc but won't touch anything so if you leave your rooms a mess, they can't clean them well...so bare this in mind.On check out day, we had to leave the rooms by 11am. Our flight was at 9.50pm but the hotel has a luggage holding area and let us store our luggage there and use the pool, eat at the restaurant til it was time to get showers and leave. They have a shower room especially for this which was great. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the shops and bars and a 10 minute walk to the beach which is a lovely big beach but expensive for sunbeds so we bought our own (roughly 15 euros each from the local shops) and took them to the beach when we went. The beach is safe and free from sharp rocks in the water. Theres a few rocks in the water but very visible as the water is so clear. I highly recommend this hotel. If I was to be picky, I'd just say some staff that speak better English would be fab BUT...it's a Spanish Island and it's to be expected that people ay not speak our language.10 out of 10 Garbi...keep doing what you're doing. A big thumbs up from us :)
