    Exquisite boutique hotel in Palma, Mallorca!

    The Hotel Gloria de Sant Jaume is exquisite and beautifully maintained. Our room was lovely and impeccably clean with huge windows and a large bathroom with a sizable shower and two sinks. The spa was very nice and we enjoyed taking a quick break in the sauna and steam room before taking a dip in the pool. The water jets and waterfall were a nice touch as well. The rooftop plunge pool was lovely and it was nice to rest in one of the sun loungers after a long day of walking around Palma. The hotel staff was the best part of our experience at the Hotel Gloria de Sant Jaume. Everyone we interacted with from the moment we arrived was friendly and helpful and made our stay truly special and memorable! We offer a special thank you, to Joaquim, for all his time helping us plan things to do during our stay and all of the recommendations he made for restaurants to try. Thank you to Alexia and Daniela at the front desk for the friendly greetings and dinner reservations. We also thank David, Alex, Lisa and Aida for their friendly service in the bar/restaurant. It made our experience that much better to have such amazing service. The hotel is also very well-located, close to all shopping and dining.     Just returned from a mini break at this stunning hotel. Beautiful old house refurbished to great taste. Service was impeccable. Location great, in the middle of Palma Old Town and close to many tapas bars, restaurants and the shops.     We have spent 5 days at the Gloria de Sant Jaume hotel and everything was absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is really charming, all the details are incredibly well treated, I rarely saw such a level of perfection (the spa is lovely).There is a feeling of exclusivity in the hotel thanks to its limited number of rooms. The duplex suite was perfect for us with 2 kids and all the attentions we got have been greatly appreciated.But the cherry on top of the cake is truly the service. Everyone in the hotel, from the reception, the bar, the restaurant, the cleaning people, everyone brings the notion of service to a level I have never seen before and always with a smile and in a peaceful way. Despite our 2 very active kids, we truly managed to get some rest and it's also thanks to this amazing level of service. Special mention to Joaquim and Daniella, it was a pleasure meeting you.We wish we could have stayed more, for sure we will come back!
