Location

This luxurious city spa hotel is situated high above the Bay of Palma. The sea and nearest beach are within walking distance of the hotel. Restaurants, bars and nightclubs are to be found approximately 2 km away. Links to the public transport network are located within metres of the hotel. The town centre is approximately 3 km away, 6 18-hole golf courses between 3 and 20 km from the hotel and the old town and the harbour are within walking distance.

Facility

The resort has 18 suites, 6 single cabins and 156 double cabins, which are located on 9 decks and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the guest services desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows passengers to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a library. A parking deck is available to those who wish to travel with their own car. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, cabin service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Cabins are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Passengers can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. All cabins are carpeted and include a double bed. Separate bedrooms are available. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. Other amenities available include an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Amenities provided in the cabins include slippers and a daily paper. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are provided. Wheelchair-friendly cabins can be booked. The resort has family cabins and non-smoking cabins.

Sport

The freshwater pool complex includes indoor and outdoor pools, which are in part heated, as well as a children's swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun deck, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The wide range of activities offered at the resort ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, golf and paddle tennis. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy windsurfing and aquafit. Passengers can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon, massage treatments, thalassotherapy treatments, anti-ageing treatments, Ayurveda treatments and a solarium. Leisure facilities include live music, a dance club and a casino.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. Half board can be booked. At breakfast, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Various dishes can be ordered à la carte for lunch and dinner. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options. Alcoholic beverages are available.
