    Excellent location right by the beach. Unfortunately, the check-in process was extremely slow, cumbersome, and inefficient, and the male staff member handling it was far from welcoming. This was disappointing, as first impressions set the tone for the entire stay.On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff in the dining area. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the housekeeping staff were pleasant and helpful.Unfortunately, the check-out process was just as slow and inefficient as the check-in. Overall, the stay had several positive aspects, but the poor arrival and departure experience detracted from it.

    A gem of a hotel

    We just stayed one night, but wished it could have been for more. Contrary to a couple of reviews, our room was just as shown in the hotel’s photographs, clean, fresh and stylish. Towels were lovely & fluffy, toiletries smelt divine & staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and one of the best we’ve had on Mallorca, enhanced by the seafront position we enjoyed whilst eating breakfast. We had cycled over from the other side of the island and the cycle facilities were great. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend & will definitely stay again if we’re on that side of the island.

    Fake photos, very poor hotel, not deserves 4*

    Unfortunately, the hotel is not honest about the photos it publishes on its website.We booked a room called "Superior Room with Pool for Two" for three nights. It looked very good in the photos on the hotel's website. In reality, it turned out that the terrace was surrounded on all sides by other buildings, whose residents could look into the terrace and our room. No privacy. Unfortunately, we made a non-refundable booking through the hotel's website. After checking in and seeing the room, we decided to cancel it. Unfortunately, the hotel did not want to refund our money, despite our argument that they sell rooms based on photos altered in a graphics programme. I tried to reach an agreement with the hotel manager and expected a refund for 2/3 of the stay. The hotel manager offered me 50%, which I did not agree to. Fortunately, the credit card company took our side and we received a 100% refund after 2 months.Based on our experience, I warn you against this hotel. It is definitely not a 4* facility - it does not meet such standards. The hotel is dirty - you can see photos I extracted from video taken.

    Just brilliant can’t fault the hotel at all. The cleaners come in everyday and make the room look impeccable again. The staff are all so friendly. The terrace was so calm and peaceful and the sunbeds so comfortable. The breakfast offers a huge selection and was all delicious. Plenty of wardrobe space, great to have a fridge and kettle. The best part was definitely the view on the rooftop, although the pool is extremely cold but great to cool off.     Stunning little gem of a hotel

    What a little gem, lovely friendly staff, beautiful views and location is great for the beach shops and restaurants. The breakfast is plentiful and cooked fresh, we had the street food one evening and it was delicious. The pool is very small but ideal to cool off. The room was small and a small balcony, not much storage and the wardrobe was too short for my long dresses. There was a kettle and fridge in the room No coffee so take your own or pop to the supermarket across the road.
