    Back again

    rating07 Feb 2026

3rd time here. Never disappoints, stayed in a few different rooms, all good. Cleaned daily by lovely ladies. Really enjoyed “The boys are back in Town” and the magic show. Returning again this year. With more family, staff helpful. Looking forward to the next break. See you soon.

    MOBILITY ISSUES

    rating28 Sept 2025

We arrived on Wednesday 24th September 2025.We were allocated a first floor room..There are two floors.Straight away we found out there are no lifts, and stepts wherever you go.From Reception you can access the beach by going down steps, of which there is 75.To reach the restaurants after going down these steps there is a further 100 steps to climb. If you go by road there is a steep hill which will take at least 10 minutes to arrive at the local restaurants. In my opinion if you have mobility difficulties stay away from this complex. Surrounding complexes may have the same issue as they are built into a cliff face.Even our restaurant, breakfast area is accesed by steps. This area is extremely quiet, yes the views are beautiful although offset by the steps to go anywhere. Would i come back here? Definitely not. Make sure you ask your travel agent all the details of this complex before booking. Great sea views!

    rating27 Sept 2025

So our first time in Menorca and our first time at Seth Isla Paraiso. I’m going to be really honest as it’s clear from previous reviews that there are mixed opinions about the place. Positives - we were greeted by a lovely receptionist on arrival. Very helpful and a swift check in. The view from our room (417) on the top floor was spectacular. We had a 2 bedrooms with 1 overlooking the pool area and the beach. We were on a bed and breakfast deal and as we’ve only ever done SC I don’t have a lot to bench mark it on. Breakfast was plentiful but maybe not the best quality but we still enjoyed it all. There was a hot drinks machine, cold juice options. There was fresh fruit - peeled and sliced melon, grapefruit, orange, pineapple. Tinned peaches. Lots of fresh bowls of fruit as well. Plenty of sliced bread options, beautiful fresh baguettes, bread rolls, there was cold sliced meats, cheese. Yogurts, jams, loads of sweet pastries, muffins, cookies etc. My favourite hot items included the ‘real sausage’. It was delicious! The bacon was not to my liking. Could have done with it being crisper. The beans were OK but were a bit like bullets so not the best quality. There were fried, scrambled and boiled eggs available too plus freshly cooked tomatoes. I think the biggest let down were the tinned mushrooms! My favourite breakfast was a fresh whole meal roll with fresh sliced beef tomato. Yum! It was good value for adults but within a couple of days, my 3 children were not eating more than a couple of slices of toast. We also paid one evening to eat at the on site restaurant. Again this was an all you could eat buffet. I found it OK at €22 but I glad that we did not opt for this option when booking our holiday as there was simply not enough choice for my 3 children and even at €14 for them it was steep for what was on offer. Others have said breakfast was better value and I agree based on our experience. The pool area was a huge hit with my 3 boys. It certainly wasn’t heated but they didn’t care! Plenty of beds around the pool but we enjoyed using the elevated terrace area with views overlooking the beach and sea. It was spectacular! Areas to improve - the apartments! They would definitely benefit from a full refurb. We paid for an upgraded room (£40) but apart from the top floor and sea view, we were surprised at how dated the rooms were, especially the kitchen area and small bathroom. For a week however they were fine. On the whole, we would return again but not so sure we’d opt for a breakfast package. Our only concern is that with only a small supermarket opposite reception and so few eateries in the area, we might struggle! Another fantastic stay

    rating22 Sept 2025

This is our 3rd year here and the hotel does not disappoint! From the staff to the location, everything is just what we need.Yes, the rooms are basic and could do with a bit of a refresh but you don’t come on holiday to sit in the room all day! A few mins walk from the beach and the highlight this year were the resident goats! Cristóbal González Peinado, Director General at Seth Isla Paraiso, responded to this review Nothing is a better reward for us, the staff at Seth Isla Paraiso, than welcoming loyal guests who come to visit us year after year and find that they feel at home here. Thank you for your loyalty, your kindness, and for being so genuine. See you soon. Best Regards.

Amazing staff and fantastic location 👏

    rating22 Sept 2025

Location was superb for us. There is everything you need all within walking distance. Supermarket outside the hotel is very reasonably priced. The hotel its self was brilliant for what we needed. We were self catering, and the apartment had everything needed to accomodate this. It was also cleaned each day we was there and fresh towels given. The hotel its self was lovely and quite but with enough people there to be able to be social, this in mind we did go out of season and during term time. We didnt use the restaurant on site but couples we got speaking to said they'd gone for breakfast and that it was lovely with a wide variety. Staff at this hotel were excellent! We had our flight cancelled and the staff were honestly amazing, sorted our room for another night and waivered the check out time the next day untill we left for our new flight that evening. It felt very "homely" and there wasnt a single staff member we came across that wasnt helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit a lovely quiet part of menorca.
