These apartments are located at Sa Coma, in the east of the island of Mallorca, which is characterised by a rocky coast riddled with small coves. They lie only 50 m from the nearest links to the public transport network and 100 m from the sandy beach of Sa Coma and the town's shopping centre. Restaurants, bars and nightspots are all only 100 m away. Palma de Mallorca Airport is only 68 km away.

Facility

75 apartments are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     The rooms are great and location also. But the food was very poor we ate out most evenings. The staff love the French if your from uk they are not very helpful 🙄 entertainment was terrible. The pool was dirty. For the 7 days nobody cleaned the pool area once . And you could see the oily scum on surface of water. Would not stay at this hotel again. But if you are from France im sure you will enjoy the atmosphere at this hotel.     Fabulous time at this great boutique Hotel.

    Just back from this newly renovated and very underrated hotel we had a fabulous week here Hotel spotlessly clean, Staff superb, food/drinks (we were AI) excellent. Lots of different nationalities made a great change to mix with other like minded people and only 2 minutes from lovely beach. Will definitely return here.     Good hotel with some small let downs

    The hotel is lovely, rooms are modern and a good size with double bed and double sofa bed in the separate bedroom. All rooms have a view of the pool & minimum side view of the sea. On check in we were offered premium room for additional cost of just over €150 but we didn’t think it was worth it. We were charged a deposit of €100 in case of any damage which we were not aware of before arrival. Location is perfect. Staff were all very friendly especially Flor on reception & the 3 guys who work on the bar in the evening.The hotel is very small which has advantages & disadvantages - there are 2 small pools but the pool area was always quiet so it didn’t feel so small and there was always plenty of sun beds to choose from. There is only 1 bar which is a small poolside bar with minimal tables but we were always able to get a table & seating for 5. There was no silly 2 drink rule that we’ve encountered in some hotels but there were some let downs with drinks. The only cocktails included in the all inclusive menu is San Francisco (non alcoholic) and California- both are pre-made up in jugs on the bar but regularly refilled and the San Francisco was very nice. A big negative is the availability of basic spirits - one night there was no gin available and for the last 3 days of our holiday there was no vodka. We had the option to buy premium spirits but that’s not we’d paid AI for. This was disappointing and we think the hotel should either go out & buy local spirits or give the guests premium spirits if they aren’t able to order enough in peak season. Food - Not all guests are all inclusive and as such there is limited options for food. Couldn’t fault the range of food at breakfast although on a couple of occasions there was no sugar and we were told it was finished. Also another day no cereal bowls and we were told to use a cup for cereal! Not great for a 4 star hotel. The omelettes and fried eggs made to order were lovely. The orange juice was lovely and fresh but the jugs were not always replenished regularly. Lunch was good with a couple of fresh foods cooked to order such as fish & meat & the usual pasta and salad.Dinner was similar - not a lot of options but always found something to eat. The home made pizza was so nice. Obviously the hotel is small so can only offer so much choice. Entertainment team were French but always included us. Entertainment is limited - aqua aerobics & games offered in the day. A few nights external entertainment was provided. Overall we had a lovely relaxing stay.     Nice stay , easy access to the beach, not overcrowded pool

    Stayed at Ibersol Siurell, room 404. Overall, the stay was good — but with a few frustrating details that took away from the experience.The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a nice view and no issues during our stay. The breakfast was also very good, with a solid variety of fresh options. Nice sound isolation no issues. However, the check-in process was disappointing. We arrived early and were offered to pay €25 for early check-in — even though the hotel didn't seem fully booked. We declined, but then had to go to reception three separate times to ask if the room was ready. Staff never came to inform us. We were finally given the keys exactly at 16:00 — not a great first impression after me personally asking for 3 times. Another small issue: I asked multiple times for a white-only omelette, and the cook didn't understand what that meant. Some guests don’t want to eat the whole egg with yolk — it’s a common dietary request and should be easy to accommodate with proper training.Overall, the hotel has potential. But service and communication — particularly at check-in and in the kitchen — could be improved to match the quality of the rooms and breakfast.
