  Best all inclusive holiday

  Excellent hotel for family. We were there in October 2018 with a 5 years old child. Fully recommending... Kids program was brilliant and adult show was ecery day different.Nice Mediterranean food with loads choices. Staff was really friendly, rooms nice and clean. Indoor pool was really big and spacious.

  This hotel is definitely not a 4star, more a 2star if I'm honest. The room we were first given was facing the shops and restaurants out the back. The noise was horrendous coming from the equipment from the restaurants and smell and mess from their bins was awfull. Thankfully we moved rooms after we showed the man on reception the video we took at 5am in the morning. The description of the hotel is falsely advertised, there is no spa. On finding this l was very disappointed. There is no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms but you can ask for a kettle but you need your own cups and stuff. The staff are run off their feet and are constantly changing from the dinning room to the bar. The staff help themselves to the buffet meal whilst your choosing what you'd like to eat. Food very repetitive and not much choice. One chef at the griddle was not happy and muttered on in Spanish that I'd taken my pork chop back to be cooked a little longer as it was pink as I'm not in the habit of eating raw meat. The alcoholic drinks were spot on and refreshing. This hotel really needs a good overhaul, it's dated. I would not stay here again.   The room we were allocated room 204 was that noisy we could not sleep,asked to be moved because of this and eventually were moved after the man on reception had investigated the noise he said he was not happy about it it was really noisy and out of the window and balcony rubbish all over there was no kettle or any other facilities in room and certainly not 4 star hotel no spar or indoor pool as advertised really run Down needs a full renovation, food was ok but not much choice same food nearly everyday good location but really disappointed video of room available for proof if required Guest Relations Manager Ecommerce, Marketing at Hotel Illot Suites & Spa, responded to this review Hello B8947QMjohnr,We are surprised you say we advertise ourselves as a spa accommodation when this has not been the case for years.   This hotel is in desperate need of a tidy up, its tired and dated, paint pealing off walls, the indoor pool has been closed for many many months, the spa - which is why i booked this hotel again hasnt been open for many many months, only one lift working and the lift had shattered glass Sellotape up over it, out balcony was the same. absolutely let down, Guest Relations Manager Ecommerce, Marketing at Hotel Illot Suites & Spa, responded to this review Hello Jo,We are sorry for the delay in responding to your comment. On the contrary, we must fervently apologise knowing you booked at our hotel to relax in the Spa when it was not available. We honestly understand you were disappointed since we could not satisfy you in this regard.   Clean, lovely pool and great food!

  We visited with family after being let down by an Airbnb booking 9 days prior to our holiday.Despite the late notice we managed to fit all 19 family members (varying in age between toddler and retired) for a weeks half board.Expecting the least from a last minute booking we were more than pleasantly surprised.Greeted at 2am with snacks and cold drinks after a long transfer and a quick check in considering the party size.The staff were all very friendly and helpful - (sidenote...Jesus at the hotel bar makes wonderful sangria). The hotel was clean and well kept, shower rooms available downstairs after checkout to use beside departure which were great.My only (very small) negative of the whole week was not having water provided with the evening meal.We booked half board and had thought a drink would be included. As it wasn't, you were obliged to purchase drinks from hotel and were not allowed to bring any of your own drinks with you. This would have been absolutely fair enough had some water been provided - maybe a suggestion for future improvement?We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!
