    It’s a nice hotel if I could I’d give 3.5 rather than 4. Pool was cold. Our tv didn’t work I told staff 3 times, and ok we didn’t need it but my daughter is learning Spanish and listening to Spanish spoken really helps. Plus just to put on a music channel is nice. The plumbing didn’t smell great. There was an open electrical socket where the light switch had been moved. The lighting generally was poor. Paper cups for tea and coffee in rooms is odd. However, the breakfast into brunch is great really praise the hotel for this. Bar staff really helpful and fab sangria.

    Myself and my daughter have just spent 5 wonderful days at this hotel. The room was really clean, nice balcony and mini fridge, with clean towels everyday. We also had our bedding changed once during the 5 nights we were there.The pool was great, lovely and quiet, which is just what we wanted. The lifeguard was really friendly and it was lovely to see him play with the kids. Francisco at the bar was really nice and friendly and always made us feel welcome. The only fault we had with our stay was one gentleman who worked at the hotel. He made both myself and my daughter feel uncomfortable. On day one I was told off at breakfast time for not picking up a bread roll with tongs, even though I saw plenty of other people doing the same thing. On day three, he told my daughter that she was dressed inappropriately and made her go and get changed. I didn’t get his name but he was around mid-thirties with a tattoo on his neck and tattoos all down his left arm. Apart from this we loved this hotel and would definitely return.Tips- the number 25 bus takes you to Palma for €2, the bus stop is just down from the hotel and comes every 4-7 minutes. The return bus back runs quite late too, if you wanted to spend longer in Palma.

    This hotel is fantastic. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily with fresh towels.Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice.The staff were all so professional, no complaints at all. friendly and take their jobs seriously, could not fault them.Wonderful experienceFor English speakers, the majority of guests are German, but all very polite and friendly

    Best situated 200 m. from Palma beach (clean, large and with shower service). The hotel offers a quality buffet, best Spanish dishes with Inter afilan cuisine and exquisites from Mallorca. Nice personnel and always helpful with trips and recommendations. This is a fantastic place for families with 3 outdoor swimming pools. If you can book a suite with terrace is fantastic with Balinese bed and jacuzzi outside! I recommend this place for families.

    We enjoyed our stay in hotel Luxor. Waiters José & Manuel are the best! They are always with a smile. Those 2 man know how to handle with clients. Excellent service! It's because of them that we give this hotel a good review.It also was a good location and the food was good. Thanks José & Manuel 4 the positive vibes, you 2 guys rock HARD!
