Location

This simple hotel is situated directly on one of Santa Ponsa's main roads within 500 m of the nearest beach, which may easily be reached on foot. Scores of entertainment facilities are to be found in the surrounding area and links to the public transport network lie within metres of the hotel's entrance.

Facility

5 suites, 6 single rooms and 50 double rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, an alarm call service and a laundry service. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a queen-size bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer and a telephone are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. The hotel has 61 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

A dip in the refreshing outdoor pool is not to be missed. Even on grey days, guests can always go for a swim in the indoor pool. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. A variety of activities are available at the hotel, for example tennis, fishing and horse riding or, for a fee, cycling/mountain biking and golf. With windsurfing, canoeing, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym and aerobics or, for a fee, table tennis and billiards. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, massage treatments and a solarium.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner.

    Myself and my friend stayed at this hotel from the 11/08/25 for 4 nights. The only was in a good location, just a short walk from the main hustle and bustle of the town. The room was clean and staff were lovely. The main breakfast area wasn’t very inviting but the breakfast options were good. The coffee machine was a bit lack lustre and the breakfast room would still be stacked full of dirty plates until early afternoon. Despite this we enjoyed our stay and it made for a good base for our holiday.

    I stayed at Santa Ponsa Pins Hotel and appreciated its quiet location just a short walk from the beach and local amenities. The room was clean and functional, with air conditioning, a private balcony, and reliable Wi-Fi. The overall cleanliness throughout the hotel was good, which made for a comfortable stay.However, there were a few disappointments. The breakfast room staff felt less than welcoming, which detracted from the morning experience. More importantly, not all areas of the hotel were accessible for my wheelchair-using companion. This created unnecessary limitations and made parts of the stay more challenging than expected.Santa Ponsa Pins has potential as a peaceful, budget-friendly base in Majorca, but it would benefit from improved staff hospitality and more inclusive accessibility features to better serve all guests.

    We booked a 3 night get away at this hotel, for the price I did expect better. Breakfast is very mediocre, not much choice, coffee machine also wasn’t working properly. The bed was so uncomfortable and pillows were too soft. Room was very outdated and needs a revamp. The rest of the hotel was nice, near restaurants, shops and 5 min walk to the beach. Handy location but won’t be staying here again.

    Lovely break away

    This is a lovely hotel, with friendly and helpful hotel staff. Check in was nice and easy when we arrived, unsure what check in time is from as we arrived around 7:30 but check out is 12 noon. The room we had was a twin set up which I requested as I travelled with my daughter, it was on the cosy side space wise with wardrobe space, a fridge, safe, desk and chair, tv, en-suite and a balcony. The room does not have tea or coffee making facilities but you can buy hot drinks at the bar. We thought the room had air-con (as advertised) and that we just weren’t very good with using it as it was putting out hot air, until we went to reception and were told, it’s not air-con, it’s heating, so I’m confused as to whether there is any aircon or not. We were fortunate enough to have a room with the balcony overlooking the pool and the balcony was a little suntrap. The pool has the sun on it most of the day from about 10:30 to around 19:30. Pool towels can be hired for a refundable €5 per towel deposit. We booked a comfort room which was advertised with a terrace and aircon but what we were allocated was a double room however this may be because I emailed prior to arrival to request twin set up and a pool view and it appears the comfort rooms with terrace are further away from the pool, so I can’t comment on whether we would have got what we booked if I hadn’t emailed, but we were still happy with our room and view. Breakfast is from 8-12 with a good selection of hot and cold foods and drinks available however the hot plates don’t keep the food very hot unfortunately. The bar opens around 5pm (so between breakfast finishing and the bar opening, you can’t get a drink) and closes at 10pm. The hotel has a spa menu also, which we didn’t use so can’t really comment on, but it seems to have a good selection of treatments available. The location is good, it seems to be a quieter and more relaxed resort. There is a supermarket just a 2 minute walk away, plenty of smaller shops, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants and it’s only a short walk of about 5/10 minutes to get to the beach.

    It’s an ok hotel and nothing more, the staff were helpful and the hotel was kept clean.Breakfast was good with sufficient choice, and we liked the extended hours until 12 noonThe room we stayed in was small but this was expected and although we had seen pictures we did think there would be a little more storage space The location to everything was good, especially buses and restaurants plus within easy walking distance from the sea
