  They are NOT Family friendly, we came to hotel an booked room for two adults, but did not mentioned our 2.5 year old kid , when we arrived at 22:40 evening they kicked us out with all child and without money recovery.Only offer was to buy one more room to split us! Nothing so stiupid i had never seen in all world, management is unprofessional.Booking said to connect with hotel at least about refund, what i did eye on eye on them.And they only said sorry we cant.After 5 days i came another time speak about situation and they even did not cared about my lost money, they said thats the rules. Even if i asked for room upgrade they said - NO, when i asked for lost money discount to buy better apartment also was - NO. Stay away if you want to visit that family unfriendly place, hope they will invest in staff and Hotel management education courses for money they charged from our family.Booking say that you can get refund if connect with hotel, but they all said they cant do nothing and sorry, so its legal thiefs.After that, they put in booking that i was not showed up , and everything fine.Scammers.   We stayed here and quite disappointed with the few things which were promised before booking hotel and the picture was different when got here. Unfortunately this is not a 4 stars hotel as what they say. We paid for a sea view room and we got a tree view and the sea was visible a tiny bit between trees. When we mentioned this after check in, the manager said every year the trees are growing so we can’t do anything and in the system they are sea view rooms so my suggestion for him is to don’t sell these rooms for the price of sea view,so we had to stay in a regular room which was supposed to be premium sea view room. Food is less than average, boiled vegetables not even sautéed or seasoned, tomatoes were stale and swimming in the juice and only deep fried, not at all prepared food like paella, stew, soups. It’s our 4th year coming here in Mallorca but never had an experience like this with any 4 stars hotel. Definitely not coming back to these chain of hotels.   We went as a group of 4 friends to get to know Mallorca.The price was very good. We rented a car and visited Mallorca (very beautiful beaches).Breakfast abundant and varied to be 3 stars, the dinner a lot of vegetarian variety (meat and fish only grilled at the time).The area (Arenal beach) with a lot of drunken Germans.We will come back but in March.   Great value hotel

  I stayed at the Pabisa Sofia for two nights after our flight home was cancelled by easyJet. We booked a sea view room and was allocated a sea and pool view room when we arrived. The reception was helpful and we was checked in very quickly. We was allocated a room on the seventh floor. The communal landing smelt of fresh paint and appeared to have been renovated recently. Our room was modern and very clean but small in size, but this wasn’t an issue for us as it was just me and my five year old travelling. The bathroom has a shower and space is quite limited but manageable. The view was great and we had a functioning tv and fridge in the room.We stayed half board as it seemed such a good deal. The food was of a good standard with lots of choice available at breakfast and dinner. At dinner there was even an ice cream section, sweet area and lots of cakes to choose from. At dinner they even had fresh shell on prawns one evening. Myself and my son was impressed. Drinks cost extra at dinner but at breakfast there are juices and water available. The waiting staff in the restaurant are really friendly and helpful. Always greeting us and making conversation which was a nice touch. Especially for my little one who’s trying to learn Spanish.The hotel pool is lovely and there’s also a pool bar. There was no issue with getting a sunbed, however there are trees surrounding some of the pool area, which made it quite shaded in parts during the morning, but there was plenty of sunbeds to move too if you wanted to be in the sun. The hotel was a mix of younger/older adult groups and couples. Even still the pool area during the day was very chilled.My only downside to this hotel was that smoking is allowed around the pool, which wasn’t great as I don’t smoke and I don’t really like that around my five year old. But we just moved sunbeds away from people smoking. It would be better having an area for smoking away from the pool or an area for smoking to take place away from the kids pool.The hotel is located close to the beach, five minute walk max. There’s a great bar nearby called Bavaria where everyone danced and sung along to the e singers. The atmosphere was great. We was the only English in the hotel and resort it seemed, but the German people was friendly and a lot of fun. The hotel is also close to the aquarium, Dino mini golf and Palma too. The bus to Palma takes around 10-15 minutes and is the number 25 bus. We did it a few times and it was very easy and only 2eur.Other things that could be better are the pillows in the room. Or lack of them. We had two very flat pillows only which wasn’t the most comfortable.The rooms come with an air conditioning unit and ceiling fan so this makes the hot weather more bearable and the room more comfortable.There’s a supermarket a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and a drink machine and sweet area in the hotel too.Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and we would return.   Vacation for 12 days, family vacations, first of all bedroom was too small for 3 person, bedrooms was for 2 person just they put extra 1 bed. Inside bedroom has a small frigde empty not working good.10 of 10 for outside terras bedroom views.for bathroom ,toilet with sink too small, took all inclusive but we noticed that all inclusive wasn't not all inclusive, softdrinks we can drink at 11 in the morning, Lunch we got a 3 receipt for 3 glasses of beer,also in dinner 3 receipt for 3 glasses of beer, looklikes your oblidged to drink it all 3 glasses because that receipt you may not use at poolbar area, foods everyday always the same foods to served. This hotel we are not going to take anymore!staff not friendly.we took all inclusive they never ask us first what we would like to drink, we must do ask self. They ask first for the people who has to pay. For the price that we paid for all inclusive wasn't not worth.
