I honestly can’t fault this hotel!

    rating28 May 2026

I honestly can’t fault this hotel! Rooms are dated but are clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. We all slept really well. Breakfast choice was good, cooked ‘English’ breakfast items were inedible to me but I don’t need an English breakfast in Spain. Loved the other items and the cava. The pool is lovely. The view from the pool is exceptional. We didn’t eat dinner but the lunch items we tried were again faultless. The staff are very professional and hardworking. We had a great stay. Thank you.

Great location for short stay but hotel lacking in areas

    rating19 May 2026

Positives:Great locationGreat view of marina from sea view room..and nice size balcony.Clean rooms and pool area Friendly staffLovely breakfast and good selection.Long opening times for restaurant on an evening..open until 11pm.Free room safeTea and coffee in roomNegatives:Rooms need refreshing.Evening menu was very disappointing and not changed during our stay. No clear labels for choosing starters and mains..all jumbled together..quite a few people were confused by it. We ended up eating at local restaurants a few nights...lots of choice nearby.30 min wait to check in, only 1 staff member on desk.No information in hotel room, not even a leaflet with a QR code..would have been nice to be reminded of times, facilities and things to see. Not the best

    rating08 May 2026

Lobby area modern and clean, however the room was dated, scruffy decor and the wood clad ceiling in the bathroom was so thick with dust that fell if you had the hairdryer on, that we kept our toiletries in the bedroom. Corridor smelt of cigarettes and tea and coffee supplies were very minimal. We also had the added prostitute in the lobby offering any male who stepped out of the lift her services. She was there all day until eventually the reception staff ejected her after being complained to. Other staff had walked past her. Good that the very nice female receptionist threw her out when it was raised with her, but it shouldn't have taken all day and complaints from guests to action.Breakfast was ok. Area around the hotel is a bit lacking, need to walk in to the older town area for some decent bars and restaurants.Hotel feels like a corporate facility, the rooms are not good and need some work. Nice staff but hotel is not good for a city break. Awful beds and no sound insulation

    rating07 May 2026

Stayed here as part of golf tour. Never again. The walls are paper thin so you can hear word for word the conversations of those in adjacent rooms. The bed I stayed in was rock hard and my friends made similar complaints. It functions arms a place to stay for a night out in Palma but it is a mediocre hotel. Hotel Manager, Owner at Hotel Palma Bellver Affiliated by Melia, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for sharing your feedback following your stay with us.We are sorry to learn that the comfort of the beds and the sound insulation did not meet your expectations. We understand how important rest and comfort are during a stay, and we regret that this was not your experience.Your comments have been carefully noted and shared with the relevant teams for review. We hope to have the opportunity to offer you a better experience in the future.Best regards,Marina N., Hotel Palma Bellver AbM Team

    Underwhelming

    rating07 May 2026

The hotel is set in a good location, about a 15 minute stroll into the town, Over looking the marina (if you like boats) not much around the streets, seemed quiet and not much open even though the season has stared. Speaking to a few locals they have said the same thing. Walking into the hotel is pleasant, clean and modern but then heading upstairs to the room it is completely the opposite vice. Very dated, old appliances, chipped walls and tv seemed very old, unfortunately we had an afternoon of thunderstorms so waited it out in the hotel room, but there was no English channels, only 1 news channel. Now the bed has to be the worst bed I have ever slept in. The springs through the mattress poking your entire body through the night, absolutely need throwing away. The small mini fridge did have overpriced snacks inside but it wouldn’t turn on. We had a balcony with a side view with in the distance the cathedral but the chairs were too big for the area making it very squashed. The pool area was pleasant with bar staff being attentive, not much on the food menu. We only had breakfast the one time and quite pleased we did as was a bit under whelming for €16 per person, the hot counter buffet food was cold, the coffee out of the machines was watery, sloppy fruits out on display along with hard pastries. Lastly we modified the hotel prior that the reservation was a for a special birthday, w2 days in to the holiday a hand written message on a small note was posted under the door.. personally I would not have bothered. Overall a pretty underwhelming experience the price and stare do not reflect the hotel and most likely would not recommend to friends and family. Hotel Manager, Owner at Hotel Palma Bellver Affiliated by Melia, responded to this review Dear Madam,Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your recent stay with us.We appreciate your recognition of our convenient location with its 15-minute walk to town and marina views. Thank you for noting the pleasant and modern appearance of our hotel entrance. We are glad you found our pool area enjoyable and that our bar staff provided attentive service. We acknowledge your concerns about the room conditions, including the appliances and appearance of the walls. Regarding the bed comfort, we offer different types of beds and mattresses depending on the room type, and we regret this particular mattress did not meet your expectations. Please know that our team is always available to assist with any concerns during your stay, including seeking a room change where possible. We also note your feedback about the number of English television channels, as we provide various international programming.Regarding the breakfast experience, we offer a buffet with hot and cold options, and we regret if the food temperature and quality did not meet our usual standards during your visit. We also regret any disappointment regarding the birthday recognition and have taken note of your comments, as we strive to make every special occasion memorable. We hope to welcome you back for an improved stay.Kind regards,Lara D., Voice of Customer Coordinator
