    Had a nice time but was let down by the solarium not working as expected

    While I enjoyed my recent stay at Hotel Sabina, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the spa facilities. I specifically chose your hotel for the solarium, sauna, and steam room; however, I was not informed beforehand that the sauna and steam must be requested 30 minutes in advance.Over three consecutive days, I encountered significant issues despite following this procedure. On the first day, reception forgot to turn the facilities on. On the second day, the sauna was only lukewarm and the steam room was non-functional. On the third day, despite reporting these issues and confirming a specific time with staff, the facilities still did not reach an adequate temperature.Given the cold weather in March, these amenities were the primary reason for my booking. I hope you will address these operational failures to ensure future guests can fully utilize the advertised facilities.

    Had a fantastic stay here. Hotel very modern and clean. Upgraded our room on arrival. Stayed in the suites building which is just next door to main hotel. Yes mainly Germans stay here but the resort is German but very friendly. Pool lovely and big. Usual rush for sunbeds at 9am when pool opens but as not quite high season lots of beds available still. Buffet breakfast had good options mainly typical European but we found lots to eat. Pool bar very reasonably priced some of the cheapest cocktails around. Had entertainment at night or u could wonder into town lots of restaurants bars and shops close by. Lovely promenade. Hotel right opposite gorgeous beach. Would definitely return and can’t fault our holiday at all. Thank you for a wonderful stay

    We booked here not knowing what to expect, but we were impressed. The hotel is lovely and in the centre of Cala Millor, with an easy short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The room was spacious with lovely views of the sea, the bed was comfy and the room was very clean and kept spotless every day by the wonderful housekeeping team. The bathroom was a nice size with a good powerful shower. The room had a safe too which was handy. The balcony was also furnished. The restaurant area was pleasant and large so you wasn’t cramped. The breakfast was ok but not the best choice for English people. The staff were nice and friendly around the hotel, but some of the reception staff didn’t speak English, so it was very hard to communicate properly. The bar was lovely, with nice views over the sea, drinks were priced as expected, as were the chips we had for lunch. The entertainment was great, we had an ABBA tribute which was absolutely fantastic! The bingo was great and they spoke in the languages of the people who were playing which was great. They also played a mixture of songs, not all German like some reviews have said, we had a fab time.The indoor pool was our favourite and was also well maintained and spotless. The sauna and steam room were great too, although the hot tub and pool could have been slightly warmer. Overall, we had a great stay and can’t wait to return ASAP!

    Such a lovely hotel and very well situated. I loved how close it was to the beach as I was able to wake up really early to watch the beautiful sunrise every day.Breakfast was really good and staff were very friendly. The drinks at the bar however were not that great and I found were a bit strong. The rooms were spacious and clean. No complaints really.

    Overall nice hotel, would probably come again. Here are some of the positives and negatives we experienced during our stay at Hotel Sabina:Good location. (close to beach and shopping street, very central, Go to Aldi which is 2 min away)Amazing beach.Very clean.++++Most rooms have oceanview.Decent style around the hotel.Extremely good food, the best I've ever had!!!Decent prices at the bar.A LOT of Germans.Wifi was sooooo slowwww...You have to pay for drinks at dinner (just be aware, also you cannot get a big water only small 0,5l for 2,4€ which is annoying:( We were traveling 12 people and they wouldn't put a table together for us :(The pool is very deep, like 2/3 of it, it is impossible to touch the pool-floor.You cannot drink your own beverages at the pool or food.Not enough pool chairs. Pool opens at 9, where you have to participate in a fast walking race to get chairs.Entertainment was mid.
