Location

The hotel (Adults only) is located in a privileged place with superb views, directly on the beach of Sóller and near the fishing pier. It offers easy access to the town of Sóller taking the oldest tram on the island or just 5 minutes' drive from the hotel. Access to public transport is around 100 m from the hotel. Palma de Mallorca Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 33 km.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 2 single rooms and 43 double rooms located in two 4-storey buildings with lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     calm and quiet place to stay first visit to the citrine hotel I really enjoyed stay,food and the service from! Rooms very good the bed was incredibly comfortable the breakfast was delicious and fitness centre maintained well top notch!!!!

    On arrival we were greeted by night manager who was very nice woman gave us key to room on fourth floor when entering room was three bugs which I got rid of maybe came in window as room backs out onto mountain, room no Aircon, , hot like oven,very basic small room ,1 bedside locker 6 hangers ,shower ok ,tv no English speaking stations, breakfast continental only 10euro was ok ,beer pint 5 €.Nice views from outside hotel , 1.8km walk to main marina quite hard to get taxis , tram is 8€ to soller town nice trip , all bars restaurants mostly close by midnight, Citric Hotels, Atención al cliente/recepción at Citric Hotel Soller, responded to this review Dear Phillip,Thanks a lot for your time to make a review about your stay with us.     We loved this hotel and its’ location! The ability to walk to all of the restaurants, the ease of street parking near by (even if you have to get a bit inventive about it, but parking on the island seems to be “loose”) and the balcony of our room facing the port all made this place a winner. The best part of the stay was how warm and flat calm the bay was…swimming in it, even at midnight, was heavenly. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The AC worked well, and the people at the front desk were helpful with all of my questions. We would stay again.

    Had 7 Night stay. On arrival was allocated Room 404. Top Floor with great views from big Balcony, wasn't too happy with the condition of the room so paid for upgrade to a Superior Room which was available 3 days later. The 1st Floor Superior Room (101) is a great freshly modernised room with silent Air Conditioning, modern bathroom and better lighting. Front of House Staff at the Hotel are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is Continental and more than adequate. Hotel in general is clean and is constantly maintained though it looks like some rooms are in need of a refurbishment which is coming soon. Our first Room (404) is tired and in need of refurbishment, Bathroom has broken and cracked tiles, partly sunken bath with shower curtain and fixed height shower head. Air Conditioner in this room was very noisy and lighting was depressing. There is always plenty of hot water and the shower pressure is great no matter your room.Yes, I liked the hotel and would definitely stay there again though opt for a superior room from the start. Hotel has bike hire available on site which is reasonably priced.

    We had another lovely holiday at this hotel andalthough this hotel is due for refurbishment next year I just hope they keep the same staff. Yes it is in need of refurbishment but ALL the staff were a credit to their profession. Thanks for a fabulous holiday.
