The hotel is wonderfully located in the shopping centre of Magaluf and is 4 km from the heart of the city. The enchanting beach is only 250 m from the hotel. There are a profusion of wonderful bars, restaurants and nightclubs in the surrounding area. Public transport connections are easily within walking distance (20 m). Son Sant Joan airport is 30 km away.

Facility

417 non-smoking rooms are located on 9 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Location very good. Friendly staff . Room good overlooking pool. Not noisy at all. Value for money and breakfast so much to choose from

    The hotel is very clean and the staff were very good, from the reception staff, the dining hall staff, the room cleaning, the bar staff, the entertainment staff and even the security guard

    Overall, this was a great hotel. The rooms and facilities were spotlessly clean, the pool area was lovely and there was always a good choice of food for breakfast. I was worried about the location because, although it was very central, I worried it may be a ‘party hotel’. However, the staff managed this very well and, despite having younger children, we always felt comfortable there. Our only issue was check in. We arrived late at night/early morning and there was only one receptionist checking people in. That meant we had to wait an hour from arriving before we got checked in and the family behind us waited even longer. There has to be a quicker/simpler way to check guests in than the way they do.

    We have left today from our one week stay. Firstly I would point out that if coming back to this hotel I would not do all inclusive again. We ate dinner twice during our whole stay in the hotel and the rest we went out,which by the way local restaurants by the sea are unbelievably good!! The food at the hotel not so much, also out of fear from the previous reviews of food poisoning which luckily neither of our group come down with. The staff are very friendly and always greeting you. Another downside to our stay despite being all inclusive you have to pay 1 euro per cup for your drink which is only a plastic cup, understandably the hotel don’t want to loose cups but seems a bit ridiculous. We also all upgraded our rooms to the suites, which the rooms were huge and lovely and modern, water pressure and temperature is on and off but our view was absolutely awful!! View of the bins which nine times out of ten were full of seagulls and spilt food on the floor as well as noisy early morning wake ups from the bin men. Other than that it was pretty soundproof especially being next door to BCM, but very dissapointed with the view. Entertainment looked good but can’t say much more as we went out most evenings. The terrace pool and sunbathing area is stunning with big cabannas! Would stay again as the hotel is in a fantastic location but do half board.
