    Great location and view from top floor

    We stayed 3 nights at the start of May in a room on the 7th floor, with a great view over the bay. Staff on reception very pleasant on check in and we were offered a glass of fizz. Had to pay 3 Euros per night (plus 15 E deposit for the key) to use the room safe though, which isn't great for a 4 star hotel.The room was quite basic but had everything we needed and beds were comfortable. TV only had 2 UK channels, BBC News and Sky News, not that we were there to watch TV, although we did confine ourselves to the room one morning for a few hours while a thunderstorm passed through.We had breakfast there and it was very good with all the usual stuff available, and when it's not raining there are outside tables overlooking the beach.One disadvantage of being on the top floor is that there is only a single lift and you can wait a while at busy times. Alternatively, the 130 steps will keep you fit!We had a couple of issues that were dealt with promptly by the hotel. Firstly, the flush in the toilet didn't work. This was fixed within 20 minutes of reporting. And one night about midnight, an ignorant fellow guest decided to turn their room into a nightclub by blasting out music. After a phone call to reception we got an apology and the security person visited the offending room and the problem was solved.Overall a very good hotel which is ideally located and would certainly return.

    Lovely hotel. We had a room on the top floor. Great views of the sea. The room was spacious with a nice bathroom with fluffy towels. The beds were a bit too firm for me and the Aircon was set to heat only, so the room got very hot and stuffy at night. Reception said it was because it was April, but the temperatures were in the 20s the week we stayed. The breakfast had everything you could think of. The pool was warm and DID get some sun during the day. It was big enough to swim in but can imagine it gets crowded in high season. The pool towels looked new and the first floor sunbathing area is a great place to chill. There was only one lift, which was slow and you often had to wait a while. We would go back to this hotel. It was quite peaceful and chilled. The staff are really nice too.

    Just returned from a two week holiday at the Seramar Comodoro Playa Hotel , Parma Nova . Its been two years since my last stay thereand there havebeen many changers ( For the better ) The hotel has had a complete refurb , the bedrooms are modernwith plenty of storagea nice finish all around ,tea & coffee making facilities. If you go half board the evening meal is now A la Carte ...with good quality meat fish etc the desserts were works of art. ALL the staff were friendly & helpful , I could never get fed up with the views from the hotel over looking the bay its beautiful.

    Once again fabulous stay in this brilliant hotel , hotel staff from cleaners to management can't do enough to help .Weather was rubbish this week but no one can do anything about .still was a lovely holiday ,mostly down to the staffs friendliness and the brilliant job they all do .spotless, quite ,stunning views and smiling staff .brilliant

    We travelled to this hotel which is in a great location for the second time this year and weren't disappointed by our room on the 5th floor with fabulous views of Calvia beach. The staff were friendly and professional and helpful, the breakfast was excellent standard with plenty of choices. Didn't use the pool or sunbeds on this visit but plenty available. Looking forward to our next visit..😎🏖🌞
