Location

This beachside hotel lies in the northeast of the island, between a nature protection area and within paces of an idyllic beach, which is lined with pine tree forests. The resort centre is just 2 km away and there are excellent links to the transport network, with the nearest bus stop to be found a mere 100 m away. A diverse selection of restaurants, nightclubs and bars are to be found within 300 m of the hotel and the nearest train station is 7 km away. Palma de Mallorca airport is approximately 55 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 2 suites, 20 single rooms and 229 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing.     Had another brilliant holiday at this wonderful hotel. Every member of staff from room maids, reception, restaurant and bar so helpful and friendly and David the entertainment guy is brilliant. Food always good a great choice and refreshed regularly. We have come back every year and it's so good we have returned twice last year and are returning again in September.

    Recently stayed at the hotel with my family. The hotel has direct access to a beautiful beach, the sea was clear and there was a lifeguard. No sunbeds or umbrellas on the beach to hire in May which was a bit disappointing. The area around the hotel is lovely and fairly quiet. There are a few shops, bars and restaurants. A quick ride on the Ting-Ting will get you into Can Picafort centre for more nightlifeI thought the hotel staff were allvery friendly and work so hard. The food was generally very good. The dining room at times was very busy but we could always get a table. Rooms were clean, comfortable and functional. We were in a 2 bed sea view room. The balcony was very small you could not seat 2 people very easily. Other rooms had larger ones I think we were just unlucky. The pool area was not the best in my opinion. It was very noisy at times. Lots of adults in large groups being very loud and on occasions some using bad language. (Not the hotels fault but not my vibe). I would stay here again it did offer great value for money.

    Have returned to this wonderful Hotel on many occasions.Located on the beach next to a National Park.Rooms very clean due to brilliant housekeeping staff .Food is excellent and restaurant staff very efficient.A bright and friendly hotel with great evening entertainment. Exceptional value for money and will be returning.

    Had a wonderful time at this hotel everyone so friendly . Staff brilliant food very good everything spotless rooms grand . Entertainment fab David the only entertainer was brilliant with kids and adults alike. Can't wait to go back for the third time in September,

    Really good good hotel right on the beach entertainment was good rooms had everything you need walk in shower the location of the hotel is right on the edge of the resort so there is a good walk into the centre of can picafort but there are some shops and bars just outside of the hotel also the hotel was very clean in my opinion good value for money
