Location

The hotel is situated in a quiet location and is ideally situated for easy access to countless shopping and entertainment venues. The nearest sandy beach is just 50 m away and there are a number of restaurants and bars just 1500 m from the hotel. The marina, Puerto Portals, is also within walking distance. Palma's airport is easily reached within 30 minutes.

Facility

4 junior suites, 4 suites and 213 double rooms are available to guests in a 4-storey main building and a 5-storey auxiliary building. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a stovetop, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. An entertainment programme and live music round out the entertainment options.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Half board is offered as a catering option. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for dinner). Diet meals, gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Loved the hotel our Mediterranean Suite was gorgeous- just right for the three of us. We had a really relaxing and enjoyable time. The staff were friendly and attentive. We used the spa facilities and booked in for facials and massages. Also took in a yoga class. We felt very well looked after and well rested.     Super hotel quality staff across the board. I would have given it excellent except for a la carte dining. We were very disappointed in food offered. We were booked on half board basis. However we dined out on 5 of our 7 nights. We really like this beautiful hotel and will return on a b and b basis only. We enjoyed a most relaxing break in tranquil surroundings.
