This family-friendly beach hotel is located in central Ca'n Picafort, north of Mallorca and on a beach of clear waters and white sand. In the area there are various bars, shops, restaurants and nightclubs and Son Sant Joan Airport is approximately 55 km away.

Units include 14 single rooms and 70 double rooms located in a 9-storey main building and an auxiliary building. English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     I stayed here for 1 week in September and it was a good experience! Room and hotel was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Some spoke more English than others which wasn't too much of a problem as my friend is fluent in Spanish so that made things a lot easier but even still they were all very friendly and polite! There is always someone on the reception desk too! I had a great view from my room. Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby and pool area so i had to spend more money on data for my phone. Pool was separate to the hotel which i found a bit strange at first but it wasn't that big of deal was a quick and quiet walk to across the road. Pool area was nice too. The location was ideal!! Literally less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and main strip of bars, restaurants and shops! Special shoutout to the older gentleman who was on the reception desk over night, he was lovely and made both me and my friend feel safe when coming back from the bars/ club!

    Hello, I stayed on the 6th floor in room 604. The view was amazing. Now about the room – the bathroom was a disaster, the water barely came out of the shower. The internet doesn’t work on the 6th floor. If you want coffee in the morning in your room, you have to pay for a kettle. There are no utensils or cups in the room. The rooms are cleaned every day, but the towels were not changed during my entire one-week stay.However, for a 2-star hotel and if you’re staying in room 604, it’s actually pretty good. The location is excellent – just a 2-minute walk to the sea. The pool is small, but it’s enough since there aren’t many people around it.

    I felt that this hotel needed an updated review as I was pretty apprehensive once I read through after booking. Hotel:The hotel has most definitely had a refurbishment, the rooms are clean and modern with a walk in shower, storage space and desk area, there is a fridge and safety deposit box at an additional expense. We had a balcony with a sea view (6th floor). Unfortunately there was no WiFi as far as I’m aware but the smart TV was easily accessible with a mobile phone hotspot so we were able to utilise the apps.The breakfast offered was minimal but equally everything you needed, there were both hot and cold options, pastries and coffee/juice machine. It runs from around 8-10.The pool area is accessed through the back of the hotel, about two steps across the road. It is small but there are sunbeds and chairs to use. It is open from around 9-19:00. We didn’t use the pool as the hotel is so close to the beach but it would be adequate enough if you were not a beachgoer.Note: there is a tourist tax to pay on arrival.Staff:The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, we were able to request a late checkout for a fee. There has been previous reviews of a language barrier but I did not find this to be the case.Location:Perfect location, really. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beachfront where it is lined with restaurants and trinket shops.

    Look the hotel is clean the staff are warm and welcoming, yes it’s a budget hotel but I really don’t know why people are whining so much you get what you pay for. For a cheap and cheerful hotel this is lovely. Had a really warm welcome and a peaceful stay. Nice bed and a 5 min walk from the beach . Small rooms but I really liked it here. If you’re not fussy then book it if you want 5 star don’t book a 2 star 🤷🏼‍♀️

    After reading reviews on this hotel we were pleasantly surprised while at staying here. Despite the negative reviews we had a great stay here .This is a great hotel for a bargain price! The room had everything we needed (tv,AC and fridge) was lovely and clean aswell as spacious. The location couldn’t be more perfect only a few minutes walk from the beach ,shops ,bars and bus stops but not to close that you can hear them on a night. The staff were friendly and helpful despite not being the most fluent in English. The decor of the entrance and foyer was modern and stylish however the decor of the rest of the hotel was basic which again you can’t complain for the price of the hotel. The pool was okay, we found it was too cold for us and there was also about a foot gap from the side of the pool to where the water starts.the pool is also across the road from the hotel but Being that close to the beach means if your not to into the pool it’s only a short walk to the beach. Breakfast was a good back up to have but was a very limited selection if you don’t like to have the same thing for breakfast everyday you may not find the breakfast buffet is for you . To summarise I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again in the future!
