Location

The hostel is located in the centre of the popular and lively resort of El Arenal. It is just a few steps to the beach and scores of shops and other attractions are also in the surrounding area. Public transport departs from just 100 m away.

Facility

The complex has 69 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities available at the complex include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, medical assistance, an alarm call service and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service (for a fee) gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

    This is a great hotel to stay if you are on a budget. Rooms are a lot larger than expected. Breakfast had a small but decent selection and the lady who works in the restaurant is super lovely and friendly. Due to the virus you have to wear mask in common areas and take your towels and beddings down to the reception to change for fresh ones. All staff were nice and helpful whenever we needed help. The hotel is a few minutes walk away from the beach and opposite to a fantastic local tapas restaurant.

    Staff we met were very helpful. Room we had had no view from balcony only other balconys opposite. Walls very thin. Could hear next door having sex easily . A German hotel everything in German.. many drunks staggering around and women. Looked like a stag/hen place. Area was seedy..breakfast was ok everything from eggs bacon etc to yogurt melons ceirals..glad we only stayed one night..

    Not a bad hotel but only really works if you are on a stag weekend or the likes. Full of groups of people drinking...fine if you are drinking too!The breakfast is pretty good and the rooms are clean. Very handy for the beach.     Been there in September 2017. Room had balcony, spacious room. Nice staff. Food was very good, plenty of things to choose. Downsides - pool is in the shade, so never been even once and walls are little too thin. Would come back. Pilar M, Gerente at Hotel Teide, responded to this review Thank you for your comment. You are right, the pool is most of the time in the shade, but we can´t do anything for it.We hope that you had a nice stay despite of the little incovenience. Thank you
