    Furniture old and small room. Bathroom needs updating and no amentities. It is not far from beach but in neigbourhhod or residents and looks very old neighbourhood. The price is cheap but not coming here or to el Arenal again. We will stay in palma city which is more modern and nicer.

    In general ElArenal is not a good location beside being close to airport. It is more like low cost residential for locals than an upscale reort. Beside that this hotel offered us a room that was very noisy and 2 of the nights we could not even sleep. The view is poor to street and if a drunk person shouts in the street you will hear it as if it was inside your bathroom. Fast wi fi was very very good but not going back.

    Best location, close to everything including busses, restaurants, beach , attractions offices. Extremely clean , very good fresh breakfast €7 p/p Extremely friendly staff everything was so smooth and we will definitely go back again.Save your money and stay in this hotel rather than 5 stars as you won't regret for sure

    Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It is in a great location you can walk to the beach and bars within minutes. Hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are really nice. Really nice garden area to sit in and a nice patio at the front. We would stay here again and would recommend this toOther.

    Got sold a room with air con but never had one even after we complained about it 3 days in a row, imagine sleeping in 30 degree , a total night mare. we were in the room only during the night so we didn't use much We were only offered an apology and a bunch of excuses, very disappointing, will never come back.
