  Lovely hotel, good food!

  Lovely hotel. Staff friendly, tho a bit of a struggle with english language, but wasn’t a big issue, we managed to find a common language :) Was very impressed with dinner choices every night. The food had flavours, it was plenty of choice to choose from, at least for us. Missed music playing in the evening as well as during the day by the pool, would have made it more lively, even without evening entertainment it would have been nice to have music when you are sitting outside, not a deal breaker tho, just a notice. Overall for a 3 star hotel we were really impressed with it, breakfast & dinner was worth the money, would definitely come back and recommend. Oh and if you are travelling with significant other and prefer to sleep in ONE bed instead of 2 singles, ask for a 401 or 411A room, that to my knowledge and experience have 1 double bed, but the room will be a little bit smaller and not a great view thru the balcony if you like to sit in it all day, but it wasn’t an issue for us at all.   Worst Hotel Ever!

  Extremely disappointing experience – zero flexibility or empathy.I had high expectations for Hotel La Santa Maria, but sadly, I’ve been left deeply disappointed. I booked a family stay and later requested to change the dates — not realizing that this adjustment would lock the booking and remove the option to cancel, even in emergencies.Shortly after, a serious family emergency occurred and I reached out to both the hotel and Booking.com, hoping for some understanding or flexibility — whether a refund, date change, or even a voucher. Despite multiple polite requests, the hotel refused to accommodate my situation in any way.This was not a last-minute cancellation out of convenience — it was a genuine and urgent personal matter. The complete lack of customer service, compassion, and willingness to help has been incredibly frustrating.I would advise future guests to be very cautious when booking here. If anything unexpected happens, don’t expect support or understanding.

  Very pleasantly surprised, incredible value for money. Would recommend.

  For value for money- this hotel was brilliant. We weren’t expecting much, but were very pleasantly surprised. We had half board (breakfast and tea). Both were very nice with a broad selection on the buffet. Rooms were clean and sufficient with a balcony. Waiters were friendly. Would definitely recommend the cocktails from the pool bar on an evening as they were lovely (especially strawberry mojito). Walking distance to beach and front and near lots of shops. We went to nearby market on the Friday and one day Casa Bona. Would recommend Tonis restaurant nearby for food if you did want to eat out. Only downsides for us were there wasn’t a fridge in the room (but didn’t expect this for the price), and the bathroom was very clean, but did have a bit of an odd smell.

  It is a very nice hotel, the staff is really nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable.There is an outdoor and indoor pool.The food is very good.There are is a nice beach by walking distance. I fully recommend it and will return back again for sure.

  Cheap butget hotel at the noisy center of town

  The hotel rooms are bordered on one side by a main road with go-cart track and amusement park, on the side is a noisy bar "Nomad" which bangs around until well after midnight, and a noisy pedestrian zone, in which often late evening "buzzed" visitors stroll.Email conversation was impossible -- all my emails bounced back with "addresee unknown" error.The breakfast "maitre" mercilessly kicked us and everyone present out of the dining room at 10 o'clock. There was also no alternative, because going outside with food was not allowed. Breakfast was mostly canned food. The receptionists were incompetent and did not know about any noise.The indoor pool made a somewhat run down impression, that's all I will say about it. Outside it was probably too cold for us (and for almost all bathers) at the end of October.If you want to have fun until three in the morning then this hotel is suitable. Otherwise it is a sleep killer in the party mile of the bed castles. Of course, the staff can't help that. But the reception was either incompetent or explained to be able to do little, because TUI has rented everything.In the center of the "hotel place" -- the noise was accordingly very disturbing. There was no refrigerator or hot water heater in the room. There was a charge for the safe. The staff was smilingly dismissive to directly determining unfriendly (Frühstucks kicked out at 10 o'clock sharp). But cheap! We will certainly never go to this hotel again! Have thought at short notice to move out and rent an apartment in a quieter area.
