    The hotel was very nice. Good location and good amenities, our room was clean and plenty big enough with great balcony overlooking the pool area. The only downside would be the mannerisms of certain reception staff!     Perfect long weekend

    Our apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed for a family holiday. It was literally a two minute walk from the beach, which made it ideal with children. Our one bedroom apartment was a great size, modern, and had a lovely balcony. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the hotel also had a laundry room which is something we always look for when travelling as a family. The location was perfect for our long weekend, only a 10 minute drive from the airport. Despite being so close, we didn’t hear any planes, so it never felt “too close” to the airport. I’m an independent travel agent, and this is somewhere I’ll definitely be recommending to my clients, friends, and family.     Huge hotel with bad customer service and more stars than it deserves

    Although they knew that we are travelling with a small baby, they placed us in a room on the first floor without an elevator. The receptionist told me that they didn’t have a room free on the ground floor (suspiciously enough for a weekday in April) and I will have to lift the stroller every time I want to go out. Because I didn’t want to spend my vacation doing that, I had to upgrade to another room type with an elevator access for additional 50 euros per night 😢 Also, it was the only hotel in Mallorca I experienced where the crib had a waterproof sheet that was bigger than the mattress so it was very loose. This poses a risk of suffocation for babies younger than 1 year old 😢 Additionally, I asked for a high chair for our room but I had to remind them and I almost received it a day later and didn’t need it any longer.Other than that, cheap plastic plants in the room, bad smell from the toilet, silverfish, damaged curtains and definitely not a 4-star hotel experience.
