Location

This hotel is situated in a quiet area, barely 400 metres away from a beautiful white sandy beach offering facilities for all kinds of water-based activities. At the same time it is very close to the resort's commercial and leisure centres with their shops, restaurants, bars, pubs and nightclubs. Aqua Park and Western Park water parks are within a 10-minute walk of the hotel and Palma de Mallorca Airport is 22 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 10 suites, 17 single rooms and 215 double rooms, which are located on 9 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional facilities include a playroom. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). Other services include a car hire service, medical assistance and a laundry service. A bicycle hire service (for a fee) gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the view of the pool from a balcony or terrace. Rooms include a double bed. Separate bedrooms are available. An extra bed is available for a fee. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe for an additional charge. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are on hand in the bathrooms for everyday use. Guests can also book 5 wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Guests can relax and enjoy the sun loungers and parasols provided.     I am staying here right now and honestly, I cannot understand why this hotel has received so many negative reviews – it is honestly nothing like what people have written! HSM Atlantic Park is fantastic and completely exceeded every expectation I had. First off, the hotel is brand new and everything here feels fresh and modern. From the sun loungers, umbrellas and outdoor areas, right through to the bedrooms, furniture and communal spaces – everything is in perfect condition, high quality and looks amazing. The cleanliness here is exceptional, honestly one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. They pay attention to absolutely every detail: spotless bedrooms, shiny glasses and cutlery, clean restrooms (even the public toilets outside are always pristine!), and all facilities are maintained perfectly throughout the day. It really makes such a difference to your stay. As for the All-Inclusive offering – it is outstanding! The drink selection is brilliant and, best of all, they serve good quality alcohol, not cheap watered-down spirits like you find in so many places. The coffee is also excellent, which is a huge plus for me! Being pescetarian, I was slightly worried about the food choice, but I have been blown away by the quality and variety. Every single day there is plenty to choose from – and it is definitely not just one type of fish! I’ve had fresh salmon, different varieties of white fish, delicious seafood, plus lots of vegetable and vegetarian options. While the selection isn’t massive, remember it isn’t peak season yet – and everything that is served is fresh, hot, beautifully cooked and incredibly tasty. Quality over quantity every time! The atmosphere is relaxed, the facilities are great and overall this has been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. This is genuinely one of the very few hotels I would happily return to year after year – and I don’t say that lightly! If you are looking for a modern, spotless, well-run hotel with great food and drinks in Magaluf – book here without hesitation.     Terrible, the noisiest hotel you will experience.

    I am currently staying at this hotel and I urge you to please take note of the negative reviews. The one positive I can say is the hotel is clean and the bathrooms are beautiful. On the whole the hotel is aesthetically pleasing but ….. there are no mirrors in the main bedroom. The only mirror is in the bathroom which is a complete pain - you cannot do hair and makeup if someone is having a shower. The hotel really needs to think about mirrors in the main room. The beds squeak with every move and they are extremely hard. There are not enough plug sockets. When booking this hotel I requested a quiet room and let me just say I couldn’t be in a noisier room. I’m in room 224 adjacent to the outdoor stage, why put me there when I asked for a quiet room? I am currently in bed listening to the pounding music, I do not understand why I have been allocated this room. This is my first day and night and I actually want to go back to the UK, I have never been so disappointed in a hotel. May I also add the food this evening was terrible, neither I or my daughter could make a meal out of the offerings. I will add the staff are friendly and I am hoping after my visit to reception in the morning they can sort out my room. So far the worse hotel experience I have had.     Good hotel but be aware of thiefs

    We had good times in this hotel. We had 3 rooms for 6 people here for a week. Unfortunately, the last night one guy found out that he is missing 50€ from a wallet. Next morning we figured out that another 3 people are missing money as well, everything was stolen from a wallets, in total its over 150€. We were on 7th floor with the same cleaning ladies for the whole stay. Reported this to a manager that seemed to care but since we were leaving, I've tried to keep in touch via email, they don't care anymore.Therefore, I'd avoid or keep your expensive in a safe or it probably gets stolen!

    The hotel was perfect. Maria and Raquel—it's hard to say who was better and kinder. When we arrived, they gave us an all-inclusive wristband even though we had paid for half board. Everything is brand new, clean, and the food is absolutely delicious.Warm greetings from Croatia!     To be fair hotel is 3*+, but the staff, location for those of us over 18 & ambience are Marvellous. The beach & seafront are just over 5 minutes walk, while the strip is a little over 15. Plenty of local welcoming bars if u don’t fancy moving far.If one minor complaint the 2 lifts are not enough to service the hotel & can annoy.The staff in this hotel are excellent, friendly & can’t do enough for you, the best we have come across.Would we recommend HSM Atlantic Park ?
