Location

This apartment complex is situated in the tourist area of the resort of Alcudia just 150 m from the fine sand beach. The lively resort centre and its diversity of boutiques, nightclubs, bars and restaurants are 2 km from the complex. Thanks to the bus stop nearby, the hotel offers very good transport connections. Transfer to Mallorca's airport takes 1h (60 km).

Facility

The apartment hotel was modernised in 2025. Guests have a choice of 121 apartments and 12 studios located in a 4-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Further services include a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel doctor. Bicycle storage is available to guests. There is a bike hire service as well.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and adjustable central heating. Some rooms include a balcony. Rooms include a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds can be provided at no extra charge upon request. Guests may securely store their valuables in a safe. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a stovetop and a microwave. Other features include a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge). A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower. Wheelchair-accessible rooms can also be booked. The hotel has 135 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. A gym and table tennis or, for a fee, billiards, are among the sport and leisure options available. Guests can relax and unwind in the wellness area (massage treatments). Third-party operators offer massage treatments. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.

Meals

Guests can dine at the restaurant (non-smoking, a buffet, air conditioning and high chairs). Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, lactose-free food and vegan food can be prepared on request. For a fee, there are also non-alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages.

    We’re currently on day 5 of 7 of our stay at HSM Lago Park and honestly, we’ve had such a lovely time. We’ve been really lucky with the weather, which always helps, but the hotel itself has been brilliant.The hotel has been done up beautifully, it feels fresh and well looked after. The rooms are quite basic, but they’re clean, comfortable, and absolutely perfect for a family of four. We stayed in room 1121 overlooking the pool, which was a great spot. The cleaners are friendly and do a great job.A special shout out to Havi the lifeguard, he’s been amazing with the kids, really playful and friendly, and just a genuinely lovely person to chat to. Erika at the kids club has also been fantastic, our children have loved it! They’ve been chefs, pirates, and loved making sand ornaments.We’ve been treated to complimentary tapas and shots by the pool most days by the very attentive Marga.The whole place has a really relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere which we’ve loved.It's a great location, just a 5 minute walk to the gorgeous beach, with lots of shops close by.We’re not usually the type to return to the same hotel as we like to try new places, but we would happily come back here. The value for money has been excellent and we’ve genuinely loved every second.Highly recommend for families!     From the begining se were positively surprised about profesionality and friendliness od the hotel staff. At the reception you can buy all kind od trips and ask about anything and you get all recommendation and infomations. Hotel is situated approx. 300m from gorgeous beach, where you dont need to rent expensive sun beds with umbrellas...you can ask at the hotel and they will borrow you beach umbrella for free. Last to mention is food and hotels unlimited brunch which was delicious. Staying here was perfect and we be more then happy to come back soon.

    Absolutely brilliant hotel! Great location with lots around, many bars and restaurants and Spar shops if you forget anything! We stayed as a family of three with our friends who were a family of four. The rooms are exceptional. Two rooms with all the facilities you would need. Very cool decor too. The staff are all very friendly especially Marga from the bar, she looked after us all so well and just made our experience that little bit better. Everything is so clean, everywhere!!!! Thank you so much for looking after us so well.

    A good selection of food, and lots of drinks. The drinks are perfect sizes and very tasty. The food portions are enough to share and big portions. The Staff are freindly and welcoming. Jazminstood out and made sure we were taken care of. The facilites were great and modern. Over all such a great place.
