    We spent really nice time in HSM REGANA. Generally hotel is super clean and it’s very big plus. View from restaurant it's just gorgeous.Team which working was extremely friendly.But I think there is few things you can change:- No kettle in rooms. It’s absurd...- Drinks for dinner in half board packages are chargeable.- Team members do not speak English, as I wrote before that's 4 star hotel that shouldn't happen

    I am 2 time going to Cala Ratjada o tow time hotel Regana working I so happy working hare kitchen shafe so nice mane Very good place eating so good cooking also good deliver so fast seving pool so good room is good

    Our group loves the hotel from start to finish. Friendly welcome, lovely clean room with a stunning sea view. Huge choice of food at the breakfast buffet. Relaxing terrace to have a drink after dinner. Short 5 minute walk to a stunning beach. Lovely pool with comfortable sun loungers. Was always plenty available when we went to the pool. Would recommend to others and would definitely go back.

    Soooo, I will start from that, we spent really nice time in vacation and hotel Is wonderful. Generally hotel is super clean and it’s very big plus. Team which working here extremely well trained and really friendly. Lobby is nice, first impression is perfect smell there, view from restaurant it’s just gorgeous.But there is always but:- No kettle in rooms. It’s absurd, in 4 star resort, first line hotels, there is no kettles! - Drinks for dinner in half board packages are chargeable. I can understand if alcoholic drinks chargeable but not soft. While you pay quite big amount, soft drinks must be included- Quality of shampoo is quite low, please if you have long hair bring all your belongings with you in order to save itHowever, it’s not affected on my opinion about the hotel, all above it’s just a friendly suggestion.     Nice hotel with no issues on our short stay. The location makes it really. It's at the quieter end of Cala Ratjada and one of the nearest to the beach (5 min walk).Predominantly German clientele, which was fine, with a mix of ages. The dining terrace and pool area were highlights. The room was large and clean and well-equipped. The staff were pleasant.We had no issues at all and would happily stay again. Recommended.Points to note:- bed was two doubles pushed together. Many balconies face balconies of hotel next door, and it's close! We never used it so it didn't matter.- half board: food was OK but some of the evening offerings were not great. It was never bad, just not that impressive and one or two nights a bit underwhelming. Of our recent buffet experiences this was definitely the weakest, though that doesn't mean it was bad.- not every night has entertainment, which was fine by us. One night had a DJ which felt a bit odd and empty.- the terrace feels underused at night. It could be better.- pool area is a bit concrete but it's a nice pool. They play music nonstop which you may or may not like, and it's quite mainstream pop. Better perhaps than some house beats all day.- deposits for beach towels and also a gate key. For both we only found out by asking around. Should've been told at the check-in.But all in all a great spot and totally recommended.
