  Out family LOVES HYB Eurocalas!

  We absolutely love HYB Eurocalas! From the moment you arrive, the staff make you feel so welcome with their fantastic attitude, friendliness, and true professionalism—nothing is ever too much trouble for them. The whole hotel is impeccably clean, with every area maintained to a really high standard, which makes such a difference to your stay.This hotel is perfect for families, with a great atmosphere that’s both fun and relaxing. The team go above and beyond to make sure everyone—adults and children alike—has a brilliant holiday.We’re so impressed that we’ll be returning for our third visit in June 2026, and that alone says everything about how amazing this hotel is. We honestly wouldn’t keep coming back if it wasn’t so great. Highly recommended!   Needs shutting down

  I’m not one to usually write reviews unless I really feel necessary and on this occasion I feel it is. Please please do not go to this hotel. Myself , pregnant, my husband and my 2 year old daughter became seriously ill with vomiting and diarrhea whilst at the hotel. We were bed bound for days and once recovered we spent our final few days counting down the time and spending time out of the hotel at our own expense (we went all inclusive but chose to eat out over fears of further illness). The hotel smelt bad, was dirty and people were vomiting on the floors, in bushes around the hotel and on sun loungers.   Great summer holiday

  Stayed July/August 2025 as a family of 3, with another family of 3. Good hotel, fantastic water slides split over two separate areas which were ideal for the children in our party (5 y/o and 1 y/o). Life guards were really good and water parks were well looked after. Entertainment on an evening was slightly loud at times and the seating area outside was very busy every night, so we found it best to eat early so we could grab a decent table. Plenty of sun beds but, many were reserved and by about 9am it was hard to get more than a couple together. We took a trip to Safari Mallorca which I’d recommended, we bought tickets online in resort and the reception staff were helpful in booking us a taxi to get there. There’s some pubs and restaurants a short walk from the hotel that were very reasonable. Restaurant was very noisy at times but, as it has a low ceiling and we travelled in school holidays it was to be expected. LOTS of wasps and mosquitos around, a couple in our party had some nasty bites. Wasps were especially problematic near self-serve drinks and ice cream machines, again probably to be expected given the time of year but they were a nuisance and made outdoor eating slightly unpleasant at times. Clean functional room, albeit a bit on the small side. Tip, be careful coming down the stairs in the apartment blocks as they mop the stairs frequently and more than one of us fell/slipped from the top of the stairs. Would recommend for families with young children. Transfer time was around 45mins but we did book a private transfer. As for the seasonal presence of wasps and mosquitoes, while we take ongoing measures to minimise their impact, we understand how they can sometimes be a nuisance, especially around outdoor dining areas.Your note regarding the stairs is also appreciated – we’re sorry to hear about the slips, and we’ll be sure to remind our team to place extra signage when cleaning is in progress to help avoid accidents.Thank you again for your kind recommendation.   It was okay.

  We travelled to this hotel with 10 of us adults, and 3 older teenagers,I will not be returning. The hotel caters for younger kids ,and they would love it,but nothing to do for adults apart from drink alcohol, so that's what we did !😅.Entertainment was the worst I've ever seen.One particular Entertainer was very good,and a great laugh,but the rest were awful.Sunday is extremely painful to watch film night quiz.(basically 2 people throwing a noodle through a hoop for an hour.)Pool were freezing,I did have a little swim,but only the once.Waterslides were fun tho.Snack bar was the same everyday so many bees,2 of us got stung.Food in the restaurant was okay,didnt really have an issue with the variety,nothing was labelled properly. Desserts were lovely,however,4 out of 10 of our group were poorly with sickness ,and this seemed quite a common thing in this holiday.It was extremely busy in there,people absolutely everywhere, so we tried to leave it as late as possible to go.We were on 7th floor of menorca block.Rooms were spacious ,had no kettle aasked at reception twice,but never received one,so gave up with that.(I take coffee on holiday).Lifts were broken most of the holiday,was told it was due to the storm ,but 1 of them wasn't working when we 1st arrived anyway.This was extremely frustrating, especially being on 7th floor ,and having to carry 7 suitcases down the stairs to leave.No machines worked in the arcades, so wasted abit of money there. We didn't visit the beach 5 mins down the road,we walked to domingos and that was lovely,the waves were absolutely massive and the water was so warm.Walked to the small little shopping centre a few times,that was okay, same shops,different prices.Had a few drinks in travellers joy,that seemed quite popular, but other than that,there's nothing to do outside the complex. Had as nightmare with our transfer not turning up,which isn't the hotels fault,the receptionist did get hold of transfer after half and hour of waiting,we were told 5 mins away,another 15 mins and still not sign,so we had to order 2 taxis which £200 euros,otherwise we were going to miss our flight.That was through liveholidays.So will need to try and claim that back through them.(again not hotels fault).Overall this wasn't a cheap holiday,so I did expect abit more,but families with younger children,who just like to stay in the complex ,this would be perfect.We still had plenty of laughs,its whst you make it at the end of day.   Lovely first family holiday

  Recently went to hyb Eurocalas for our first family holiday abroad. Staff were really friendly and helpful, lots to do for children - two water parks one for older children and one for smaller children. Two separate pools one pool was more lively with lots of water games, and the other pool was quiet which was perfect for toddlers. Rooms were good had lots of room and storage. Food was good a wide range however, can be abit repetitive. Only thing I would say is that the children's entertainment was very repetitive and started at 8:30 and finished around half 9 which I thought was quite late. Overall we had such a lovely holiday and I would recommend this hotel.
