Location

This hotel is located directly next to the sea on a hill (access into the sea to swim is possible close to the hotel) and is just metres from the beautiful natural beach Es Trenc. Various bars, shops, restaurants and a pretty harbour are just 500 m away in the town centre.

Facility

The hotel was renovated in 2024. The hotel has 24 junior suites, 12 suites and 109 double rooms, which are located on 10 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, a safe, a car hire service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a smoke alarm are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Bicycle storage is available to guests. There is a bike hire service as well.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea view on the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. An extra bed is available for a fee. A lovely hotel in a beautiful location. We booked junior suite which I would recommend.A great gym and spa. All Staff are professional and friendly. A special mention for Patrick and Tomas.The local area is charming and not overly touristy. We didn't have one bad meal in local restaurants. I would recommend and I will return.

The hotel is new and the offering is so good, you don't have to leave if you don't want to. All the amenities were great and the food and services great quality. Customer service needs work here and there. Service delivery not quite polished as a true 5 star should be but overall, still a wonderful experience. I wish my stay was longer so I could relax and enjoy more of the comforts of this wonderful establishment with unbeatable views all around which were the top treat! Special mention to Santiago who was always very pleasant from beginning to end and so helpful making us feel very welcome and valued, all restaurant staff who were courteous and kind , the activities instructor who conducted an enjoyable and interactive soap making class, housekeeping who always did a fantastic job and maintained cleanliness of the rooms to a high standard and also Dalia at the spa, for a wonderful and restorative massage experience.
