    We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Majorca, made even more special by the incredible hotel staff. A huge thank you to Montse, the lovely waitress, who was always so warm, friendly, and attentive. She greeted everyone with a smile and made every meal feel welcoming and relaxed. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out.We also want to give special recognition to the amazing animation team — Ian, Mark, and all their colleagues. They brought such fantastic energy every single day and worked tirelessly to make sure guests of all ages were entertained and included.     I have just spent a great week away with my husband and 16 year old son ( who has just finished his Highers) at this hotel. Had a fab week just relaxing by the pool and enjoying the good weather.     2nd time returning to this hotel. 1st visit had the penthouse suite 2nd visit the junior penthouse suite. So worth the money though myself and Daughter were only there for long weekend both times hotel was excellent. Food. Staff, Rooms, cocktails, pools and sitting area's are excellent. The friendky staff at main restaurant, prestige restaurant, pool bars make this hotel feel special.     Third visit in as many years, the views never disappoint. Perfect for us to relax, drink, eat and repeat.The staff really make this hotel, this year I managed to get the names of some of the staff, they included; Ian, Ivan, Litzy, Atanas, Domenika plus others. They are all so friendly and welcoming. However, as per last year, the one who stood out for us was our waitress Montse. She has a great sense of humour, remembers our names and just goes that little bit extra to make your visit special.We stay all inclusive (not star prestige) which is perfect for us. Food is varied and plentiful, drinks are branded (and plentiful 😂). Evening entertainment was better this year than last, the rock band were really good and played to a full house. The only thing I will say is that the rooms are starting to look a little dated and the hotel was missing its usual lovely smell as you walk in.     Great hotel - end to end amazing

    The whole experience was amazing - so relaxed from check-in to check-out. A modern hotel but it felt so homely - nothing was too much for the staff. The facilities were clean and the pools are so quiet and relaxing. The food was terrific with so much choice. So many good people work at the hotel, too many to mention but one in particular, Alexis, made our trip special.
