    A Fantastic Family Stay – The Animation Team Saved the Day!We stayed at the Iberostar Waves Alcudia,May 2026, and we had a wonderful family holiday despite the weather not being on our side.Because the weather was a bit chilly and the indoor pool wasn't quite as warm as we hoped, we relied heavily on the hotel's entertainment to keep our child occupied—and wow, did they deliver! **The animation team was absolutely incredible.**They were so energetic, welcoming, and engaging that our child fell completely in love with the kids' club and activities. They truly went above and beyond every single day, turning what could have been a gray, disappointing week into an extremely fun and memorable vacation for our family.**Bottom line:** The resort itself is beautiful, but it’s the staff and the brilliant animation team that make this place a 5-star experience for families.
