    A truly magical stay, we loved it! A huge thank you to the kids club- they remembered our son’s name everyday! Pako, Lara and Vicki were warm, welcoming and funny!     Such a great resort. The individual bungalows are fabulous. Our housekeeping Anita kept our accommodation spotless and nothing was too much trouble. Babe need recognising for her service. Then there was Papa int he restaurant wow that man is a legend. So kind and thoughtful when we unfortunately arrived slightly late r to breakfast one morning nothing was expected from us but he was so kind and thoughtful. And not forgetting Natalia and Theresa on reception. So knowledgeable. The beach is fabulous and the singers were great. This is a venue for families with young children as I have never seen so many buddies parked outside the restaurant. The food was fabulous. Easily assessable buy busses and reception will give you the bus timetables if you want to grab a bus to a near town.Several times we had to walk up to the restaurant because waiting over 15 mins for a shuttle bus. That's ok if you are not wearing heels. Leave the heels at home. From where we were in bungalow 073 the pool and beach were only minutes away. Reception was much further but water fountains were plentiful.     Had a girlie weekend with a friend at Ib. Cala Domingos last weekend and we had the best time!! The staff are lovely, the rooms amazing,..we loved it!!     Where to start…We had the best stay here from start to finish! Rose Prosecco on arrival, massive smiles from all the staff welcoming their guests. The hotel is kept clean to a very high standard! I travel 5star 4-5 times a year and myself and the rest of our group were very surprised of the high standards.Breakfast,lunch and dinner was superb! All kept very fresh and hot with lots of choice! The drinks were all very good, and the bar staff very attentive.     Well designed, lovely food but not in ideal location

    Just returned after our family trip. Stayed in a double room with garden view. It was fine for 2 adults and a 1 year old (cot next to bed) which was big and comfy for our little girl. But would have been too small for another child to stay. A lot of reviews talk about all the walking which I really didn’t see as an issue. It was a 7 minute walk from reception to the beach which isn’t bad when you think it’s probably good to have a bit of a walk when you’re at an all inclusive. Plus the surroundings are pretty as you walk and can take the pram no issue. The reception, pool, main restaurant and bar were all very close distance. Then beach and beach bar down the hill. Unfortunately the restaurant near the beach wasn’t open and apparently was going to be opening the week after we left which is really annoying as the restaurant was way too busy and there was big queues at meal times for food which does ruin your evening meal experience at times and sometimes I would end up eating something I didn’t want necessarily just because it would be quicker to get back the table. The food was really high quality and you could eat quite healthy with a variety of salads and high quality meats and fish which was as impressive as any 5 star hotel I’ve been to. The pool were designed well for kids and their was a mini disco at 17:30 everyday which our daughter loved. Unfortunately the pool itself was very cold which meant I only went in once and our one year old didn’t enjoy it as much as we’d hoped.The beach was nice, very steep into the sea but good for our little one to play in the sand. There isn’t anything all inclusive on the beach so bear this in mind you’d have to go back off the beach and then to the bar which is a faff on really. There isn’t really anywhere walkable worth going nearby which is a shame, we went for a bit of a walk but it was quite rough really. I think it’s a lovely set up with self contained rooms and really well kept, everything was beautifully clean but we hadn’t thought through the location enough. There is a bus stop at the hotel however which you could use to go to Cala dor or Millor. There was 2 little play areas in the reception and restaurant which was ideal for the kids to blow off some steam after tea on a night time before the evening entertainment at 9pm. The evening entertainment was ok, nothing great really. There was a kids club but our little one too young to go really. she did go to the little studio and did some colouring in but not much else in there to entertain them. Overall had a relaxing week but probably would return at a later date to ensure the restaurant near the beach was open- can understand why it wasn’t as the dining was all outside and gets quite cool on an evening but really effected our experience having so many people dining in the same place.All the staff were lovely, from reception, domestic services ( we had a flood and they were quick to come and sort) the restaurant workers were working very hard and the children’s entertainers.
