Facility

The apartment complex has 4 lifts and features 303 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Meals

The dining area includes a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and all-inclusive. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety.     What a wonderful hotel it has everything for a family holiday. We were a family of 6 including 2 children everyone had a great time and my granddaughter cried on the last day as she didn’t want to go home. This is a testament to how much they enjoyed it. We have travelled a lot and stayed in other AI and this was far the best. Food was fantastic and always hot delicious salad and a great variety. The grounds were beautiful and kept well the whole place had a good ambiance. It was lovely because we noticed most of the guests were family with children and we saw many grandparents like ourselves on holiday it was great to see all generations together having fun. My only slight negative is the room looked as if it needed an update but it didn’t really affect our holiday.Congratulations to the staff you were amazing especially the entertainment team. Will we be back absolutely 👏

    We had a brilliant family holiday at Iberostar Ciudad Blanca with our two children (5 and 1). Everything was brilliant - the staff were so friendly and helpful, everything was very clean, the room very comfortable and facilities excellent. Our apartment was very spacious. I especially liked the covered tent area by the pool which was perfect to hide from the son especially for our baby, and the swimming pools are brilliant.Honestly, it's one of the best hotels we have stayed in as a family and we hope to return next year. My son has a nut allergy and on the first breakfast and dinner, the chef came out and took us around everything to explain the labelling system to ensure my son's safety. My son (5) loved the kids club - he chose to go there himself because of the friendly and welcoming environment.     Has been going to Iberostar hotels a lot in South America. First time in Europe Location is good right on the beach BUT hotel does not provide beach umbrellas and chairs, you have to pay €9 per person per day.Rooms are clean but very outdated. The plugs are not working well , Airconditioning is not working at all, no ventilation in the bathrooms.Very bad thin pillows one per person, having a neck issues. The sofa beds don’t recline. The website says “ directly on the beach “ so I assumed that the beach belongs to the hotel as well as the beach equipment but I was wrong. So “ all inclusive “ we have to pay € 27.50 per day for umbrella and chairs.
