Location

This establishment is located in the municipality of Calviá, just 20 km from the capital, Palma de Mallorca, in the area of Palmanova and Magaluf. It lies on the southwest coast of Mallorca, 150 m from four magnificent white sandy beaches: Es Carregador, Palmanova, Son Matías and Magaluf. Guests will find the centre of Magaluf only 100 m from the complex, and Palma de Mallorca Airport is only 20 km away.

Facility

The holiday apartments were built in 1989 and renovated in 2024. A suite, 50 apartments, a studio and 49 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. Other services include a car hire service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee) and a coin-operated laundry.
