  Short break for husband’s 40th

  I booked this hotel for a short break for my husband’s 40th birthday. Hotel is a 20 minute taxi trip from the airport, costing around €26.We arrived around 10.30am, and was greeted by a lovely lady on reception. Our room wasn’t ready to check into until 3pm, so we put our luggage in the luggage room and headed to the pool area.Overall the grounds of the hotel are lovely and clean. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool and also a roof top area above the indoor pool where you can get the sun all day. You can reserve the loungers as the lifeguard will remove your towels, but wasn’t a problem as there were so many.The outdoor pool is cold, but bearable once you’re in.The indoor pool is warmer and sun loungers available inside too. Most guests used this on our last day as the weather wasn’t great. Pool bar reasonably priced with cider and non alcoholic beer available which is what we were drinking. Food menu looked tasty, and a fair few choices if you don’t want to leave your sun-bed to go to the restaurant for lunch. We didn’t eat in the restaurant, but had a couple of drinks within the bar area which is stylish and has comfortable seating areas. Quick service at the bar and very friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily, again the cleaners were friendly. The management team arranged a bottle of bubbly to be delivered to our room as a birthday gesture for my husband, which was a nice touch. Mini bar restocked daily with a couple of waters, juices and beers. Two deck chairs on the balcony where we got the morning sun which was nice.All rooms look out onto the pool area which is great for people watching. Outside the hotel there are a few restaurants, most being very quiet, but there was a restaurant - La Pergola, a 5 minute walk from the hotel which was always busy with locals. We made a reservation for our last night, the food and service were excellent, so understand why it was always so busy. Further up from the restaurant is a supermarket and a small cafe that offers breakfast and lunch.A 15 minute walk to the harbour which again had a few restaurants, and a 25 minute walk into Palma.Overall a lovely stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again for a short break as an adult only get away.   I had a great stay at Hotel Palma Bosque. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there was a really good selection available at breakfast each morning.What impressed me most, however, was how incredibly helpful and kind the staff were after my stay. I accidentally left my headphones behind in my room, and the team went completely out of their way to help locate them, organise shipping, and make sure they safely made it back to me in England. They were patient, professional, and so helpful throughout the whole process.I’m extremely grateful for all of their help and would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much to the whole team!   Nice hotel, great pool

  Nice hotel not too far from the centre of Palma (20 min easy walk but there are some bars & restaurants & a supermarket within 5 mins). Best feature was the lovely pool & sun terrace areas, and the indoor pool/sauna on cloudy/rainy days. Our room was a Premium with balcony. It was a bit tight for space with a table & chairs squeezed in at the end of the bed, & the shower is a frosted glass box in the room rather than in a bathroom (sink area & toilet separate. Mini bar (free), robes & slippers, decent hairdryer & a safe were all available & pool towels are provided. Only disappointment for us was breakfast - limited selection of fruit & hot food, mainly ham/cheese & pastries/donuts. Overall good & we’d book again.   Nice hotel, not central but accessible.

  We stayed at this hotel over Bank Holiday weekend with friends and family. The rooms were clean and spacious and the free mini bar was a perk. Taxi's were readily available into Palma, etc. with the reception staff happily ordering the same. I've marked this down to 'Good' as the check in process was extremely long and laborious - I'm not sure if it is because the systems were slow potentially? But we were stood there for ages whilst it seemed that the same data was being inputted into the computer over and over. The breakfast, whilst nice, also seemed steep at over 20euro pp. Whilst it was thunder and lightning, we did however have no alternative! All in all a good hotel.   Great stay , would definitely return.

  The hotel was lovely and modern and very clean , we were able to check in when we arrived at 10.30am . We upgraded to a premium room which was worth the money , the mini bar was re stocked every day . We only had breakfast once which was lovely but quite expensive at €20.
