Location

This modern city hotel is located right in the centre, near to the Plaza de España. There are a profusion of wonderful bars, restaurants and shopping facilities in the surrounding area. The nearest beach is 2.5 km away and is easily reached using the local public transport (the bus stop is located 500 m from the hotel).

Facility

    Hotel is central, clean & comfortable. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is very very comfortable. Having a shift issue with our first room, staff were extremely apologetic and accommodating. That was greatly appreciated by us. Free mini bar which is generously full. Toiletries and safe provided. Outdoor pool area is very comfortable with sun loungers, bean bags & tables. Breakfast was absolutely delicious; their fresh orange juice was particularly excellent. Special mention has to go to staff, in particular Xisco. Fabulous welcome and extremely helpful throughout our stay.     Perfect Hotel for a break in Palma

    Great location ten minutes walk from the Old Town. Not the loveliest of locations but once inside the facilities are excellent. Lovely roof top area with a small pool. Plenty of loungers and sofas to relax after a hard days sightseeing. The restaurant has a limited menu but the food is good and it’s lovely to eat on the roof looking out at the city lights or just enjoy a cocktail. The rooms are large and very clean with comfy beds. Ask for a rim facing in or high floor as lower floors affected by road noise. Very friendly staff and excellent choice of breakfast. Would recommend for a city break in Palma

    During our recent stay, we were falsely accused of stealing a Marshall speaker and charged 300 euros without any proper justification or investigation. When we contacted the hotel to resolve this serious matter, management refused to engage, would not provide contact details for a supervisor, and completely dismissed our concerns. What’s crucial is this: my wife recorded a comprehensive video of our entire room upon arrival, and the Marshall speaker was nowhere to be seen in that footage. The item they accused us of stealing was not even present in the room when we checked in, which completely proves our innocence. The hotel only apologized and issued a full refund after we escalated the matter externally, which reveals how groundless their accusation was. Management’s refusal to even speak with us or properly investigate before making serious accusations is deeply troubling. Potential guests should know that this hotel makes aggressive, baseless billing claims against guests without evidence, and lacks any meaningful process for resolving disputes fairly.     Great base for a city break in Palma

    This was our second visit to this hotel. We stayed for four nights as a group of five on a room only basis in three rooms. All rooms were very clean, with comfortable beds and contained everything we needed including toiletries. The complimentary mini bar was a nice touch, especially as this was refilled daily. The hotel has a large rooftop area with sunbeds, balinese beds and a small swimming pool. There is also a spacious rooftop bar area with views across the city. Our only disappointment was that this bar closed early at 7pm, although there was the option to use the bar in the lobby area. All the staff we encountered including reception, bar and cleaning staff were friendly and provided a great service. This hotel is a perfect base to explore the city from in a central location and close to the train and bus stations. We had a lovely stay here and would definitely stay here again for any future trips to Palma. Thank you!

    Room 611. It is the best! We had three massive windows and a big balcony. The free minibar that was replaced every day was so good. We had sun in the morning and afternoon. Massive shower, bath robes and slippers. It was quiet and quire residential but close enough to walk to all the things you would want. The pool and bar area upstairs was lovely but a little too cold to swim just yet. The reception staff were brilliant too. It was a great hotel.
