Location

This apartment hotel is located in Cala d'Or, just 500 m from the beach at Cala Esmeralda and 5 minutes' walk from the town centre. Cala d'Or harbour, with its restaurants, shops and bars, is only 10 minutes away. Felanitx and Cala Mondrago are a 15-minute drive and Palma de Mallorca International Airport is 60 km away.

Facility

74 apartments are available to guests in a 4-storey main building and a 2-storey auxiliary building. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Rooms include a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a desk are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a stovetop and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. A variety of activities are available at the apartment hotel, for example cycling/mountain biking, tennis, bocce, beach volleyball and horse riding or, for a fee, crazy golf and golf. Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. A generous breakfast buffet, a lunch à la carte and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request.

    I seriously cannot fault the hotel and staff. Great location, the apartment has everything you need, VERY CLEAN. I know it’s not the hotels fault but I do have to mention the noise from the karaoke bar, we had a pool facing room on the 3rd floor and you can hear every word of every song, we had the delights of Michael Jackson, Katy Perry, allsorts, it is very loud.

    We had a brilliant, relaxed holiday and loved every minute of our stay. The entire property was incredibly clean, from the lovely rooms to the pool area.A massive highlight was the pool management. The lifeguards did a fantastic job making sure people didn't unfairly reserve sunbeds and disappear for half the day. Because of this, we could enjoy a casual breakfast and head down to the pool around 10:00 AM with absolutely no issues finding a bed.The bar area was lovely, the food was great we had a few snacks olives annd bread so nice .The staff especially reception and the cleaners,were so nice and welcoming. We also loved the beautiful Zen garden, which was the perfect quiet spot to read or star gaze.The location is ideal, close to the beach. 100% will be back . Everything closed down around that area at midnight we slept well . I booked direct with the hotel very good value .     May 2026 Mini break with friends. Accommodation 3* meets the requirements of such grade. Clean comfortable furnishings. Staff are remarkably helpful polite and courteous. Cleaning of rooms are not carried out Thursday or Saturday although reception will give you clean towels. The Pool was a tad chilly in May and yes you can hear the traffic. Plenty of sunbeds and shade. Pool bar food/beverages great selection exceptional service the food is tasty and standard price. You can hire pool towels for the duration of your stay. Additionally there is another daily €4 tariff for the security safe. The garden is an absolute bonus early evening. The Rocking chairs we used on many occasions with a glass of wine or beer. The apartments are close to all amenities bars shops supermarkets restaurants. We chose early morning strolls to explore the beaches / coves. The only disappointment was the regular blasting out of the karaoke from 1930/2000 to midnight. Although if you like karaoke it’s a great laugh. Watch out though drinks are exceptionally overpriced in that establishment. Upon check out at 11 you can still use the pool secure your cases and use the basement showers before leaving.
