318 apartments are located on 2 decks and can be reached by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist passengers at the guest services desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.     Overall great stay. Nice pools, nice kept gardens and rooms. All areas very clean. Lovely indoor pool and facilities . Room temperature was great. Lifts worked well. Towel service is fantastic Negatives were bad drain smell near pool paths on a few days. Service at dinner can take a while. Bar needs more staff. Late check out costs are high

    Loved our stay here! We had a one bedroom apartment and sofa bed in the living room for 3 of us. The hotel itself is located on a stunning cove and beach. It’s so clean, staff are very helpful and friendly and the pools are great. You are a 15 minute walk to the centre of cala d’or and a 5 minute walk to another cove and beach.     Amazing stay!!

    We visited in May this year and had a fantastic time and experience. From entering the reception to check in we were very impressed by the cleanliness and the warm welcome we received. Everything was explained to us whilst we were offered our welcome drinks.We were then escorted to our room by Joel who explained the hotel layout along the way. The only downside was that the lift for our block (M) was not working so we had to carry our bags and the buggy up and down the stairs. The room was very well cleaned and modern. We had a premium apartment which had kitchen facilities and was well equipped. The shower was great and bed was really comfortable. The access to the beach was great and although it was busy we found space. The pool area was very clean and the pool itself was perfect. We visited Drago land which was great for our little one and for us as we were able to sun bathe and relax. The local shops were good and had plenty variety, the restaurants were nice and the marina was amazing. Value for money, the answer is yes!!Would definitely stay again and would 100% recommend to family and friends. Thank you for having us and see you again soon.     Place was v clean and food excellent. However drago land and all other amenities v expensive. Charged me full 51 euro for kids for 2 hours in drago land. Few slides just. Elevator broke to out apartment day 4 and no notice. No easy on 3rd floor with 2 young kids. But pool area , drink and food v nice .     Fantastic and relaxing family holiday

    This is our 7th stay with the inturotel group since 2019 and, once again, has not disappointed. We arrived as a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids) on 7th April and are here until the 21st but we have been thoroughly impressed with the hospitality we have been shown. As always, the rooms are spotlessly clean, the staff friendly, and the food great. We are staying half board, choices are varied offering lots for fussy eaters as well as the more adventurous. We'll definitely be back!
