  The hotel is in a good locationClose to bars/restaurants/beachWe walk up hill but not to bad It’s is clean insideBut the outside looks dirtyWhen you sit at the poolAll balcony’s have stains on the wallThe pool although they clean the bottom every nightThere’s always floaters on topI was always throwing leaves/twigs/feathers outAlso the pool could be clearer waterBut it’s a good size and depthPlenty of loungers The pool opens at 10 amAnd closes at 6 pm 🤷🏻 ( way two early )Rooms are okThe fridge is a waste of time And you have to rent it Water is 1 euro at shop 30 seconds awayThey charge 1-60 euro in barThere’s a swing park next door Wee but if noise but nothing to complain about

  Don't bother, stay at home.

  Got here this afternoon. The room is filthy, the wardrobe is broken, the balcony door sticks, and the view is not good. I asked if we can switch rooms, the response was that they will send an engineer to our room. The reception staff could use a course in customer service, and (even fake) smiling. The balcony is tiny, and bo privacy as it's only separated from others by a glass panel. I can't wait to go home on Thursday. I don't know how anyone could write a good review on this hotel. Plus WiFi is extra.

  Nice trip and a good holiday at Impanem park +beach hotel.We booked through on the beach for 4nights stay.Had a bus from airport about 20mins 10€ for 2 and it was a nice ride as you could see the surrounding area- had a taxi back as we had an early flight taxi was 20€ and took 5mins.Bus stop just behide hotel and they start at 6am untill 11pm i think.Airport it masive and busy pleanty of food and things there.Originally booked the Impanema beach hotel but was transferd into the park opposit, which actually worked out better for us - as I liked this one more.I had googled most hotels in the area and got to see them all after and I still feel we did right choice in picking this one I fel we had a fab deal and a lovely stay. We paid 256 each wigh flights for 5days half board- so very happy that our fab deal turned out to be amazing!We were half board food nice fresh pleanty of choices every night. Breakfast was lovley pleanty of choices and food was good and fresh served at the hotel by reception.Food I couldnt really fault after reading reviews I was a bit iffy but usually I do find people like to complain about everything and anything ao please take my word - I cook a lot I love food and I have high standards and I was pleasanty supriesd how Nice it was- its buffet food it all about the choices and doing the right ones-dont worry.Dinner is at the beach hotel opposit and it made a nice change to be able to use 2hotels.Staff were nice and friendly.Lots of germans on holiday.. a comment I saw before coming. That part is true but its true for El arenal as a whole dont know why but its popular but didnt bother us.We stayed by the pool for a bit here and there but mainly we were out and about its a good 5min walk down from hotel to the strip or the front that goea on for miles.Its a steep hill to come back and forth but you cant take back roads and avoid.Very expensive on the main front go back few streets few places to eat and have a drink for half the price and were nice and friendly that appriciated your custom.We went on a boat trip and snorkle- that was nice.We also went to a few others hotel that do day passes so we had 1day at a 5* hotel which was lovley.The hotel its self is great- made beds every day an clean towels- dont have that everywere.When you walk in to the hotel it feels very nice and has 5star vibes our room was spaceous, modern and nice.If I had to pick somthing and only thing Id change is a fridge in the room, but Id go down and get ice from reception to have a few cold drinks and also as I said we were not in the room a lot only to sleep change and shower.I would return and recommend to anyone.Dont listen to the holidaymakers that go on holiday to have the most awfull time they can and complain about every thing.Its what you make it and we had a fab time and loved every second!

  We spent eight nights at this 3-star hotel at the end of August. The reception staff were friendly and full of energy, which was a nice start. The gentleman serving drinks at dinner was fantastic. Always cheerful. The location’s decent, though you’ll need to walk about 12 minutes to the beach – perfect for working off that extra dessert!Housekeeping. Imagine discovering your bed made with old linens and used towels being recycled as if they were brand new. It’s like they were trying to set a world record for the least amount of effort. We mentioned it to the reception, and they assured us it was all good – wishful thinking!The food was fine, but after three days, even the most enthusiastic eater might start dreaming of something a bit more varied. The rooms themselves are a bit behind the times, and there’s only one iron for the whole hotel. You can get it for an hour.The elevators are a real treat – if you’ve ever wanted to experience the slowest ride of your life, this is it. On the bright side, the lobby was always pleasant and the nearby beach and lively surroundings were definite highlights.All in all, there were some fun aspects, but we won’t be coming back. The price didn’t quite match the experience.

  I expected much more from the hotel. It started with us arriving, the receptionist was annoyed that she couldn’t finish her cigarette and came in to check us in. She didn’t explain us anything about the hotel and was keep speaking to someone else standing there in Spanish. Once she checked us in she wanted to charge the taxes and asked if we can pay cash, I said I wanted to pay by card, she insisted and said twice „please cash“. I explained that I haven’t got any cash yet. She was super rude and accepted the card payment. The same receptionist was there the next days in the late shift, I kindly asked for advise on which beach to go to rent sun beds, she was rude again and gave me a fake smile. She just said, I don’t know, how should I know. NO DRINKS with your food, nowhere mentioned in any booking. The restaurant has a very bad Ambiente, the waiters are not happy working there. Nobody says hello or looks you in the eye. At breakfast many times there were over 25 tables dirty and everyone that came in was looking for space. In the meantime 3 older ladies just chit chatting in the corner, whilst one of them polishes glasses. No body uses trays it is very loud when they come around like unprofessional waiters with their kitchens trolleys and throw food faste und cutlets super loud next to you in the boxes. The kitchen staff was at least polite, but does not know how to cook, breakfasts very simple with pastry and eggs. Dinner was a disaster every day, not well cooked meat, sometimes even undercooked chicken, gives cantine vibes from the look and taste, for every dish and nothing tastes good. It always made me feel sick. It was mentioned there is 2 pools, there was only one. There are 2 hotels that are together apperantley and it is advertised as one, they are on the same road but you cannot go to both.The best thing about the hotel was the bar staff, that was always friendly and helpful. And also the housekeeping that was always taking care of everything and was cleaning thoroughly.
