Guests have a choice of 100 rooms located in a 4-storey main building and an auxiliary building. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     Wonderful relaxing holiday in well maintained resort close to beach

    Lovely peaceful and spotlessly clean complex. 3 pools to choose from and all well maintained. Variety of food at breakfast and dinner great. Staff always friendly and helpful. Beach and lovely sea front walk along with restaurants only 2 min walk away. Will definitely return!

    Stayed for one night whilst on a layover in Majorca (and wanting to visit Cabrera Islands). The hotel consists of two parts, the aparthotel, which also includes the reception, restaurant and main bar, and the hotel which is in a separate building across the road. I had booked half board and arrived just in time, as the restaurant closed early for Spain, indeed they had already cleared the deserts before I had a chance to try any, but otherwise the food was very good, as was breakfast, with a good selection of options. Drinks were not included, which does mean a better selection and quality then you would find at most all-inclusive hotels, drinks prices seemed reasonable (at least compared to UK Prices).The room was a reasonable size, clean and modern, good bed, good warm shower, good Wi-Fi. The hotel is well located in Colonia Sant Jordi, close to the centre, eastern beaches, and ferry to Cabrera. The price was good value, and the hotel nice and quiet (although it was an autumn stay, well away from the summer holidays). Nothing to do with the hotel, but its worth noting the taxi to and from the airport was expensive, much cheaper to hire a car for a short visit.

    Really enjoying our stay here. Staff is really pleasant, rooms are comfortable, and half board is amazing when you have two teenagers with different palates. The pools are great, especially the main one, and just overall it’s worth the money.

    We stayed in the hotel part of the complex on half board...it was quiet, the beds were so comfortable and room was clean..Absolutely nothing to faultThe food was amazing...if you love good food..it's not a burger and chips hotel, it's good bread, plenty of choice of good quality wholesome food..Will go back there for definite...

    It’s not a 4star hotel. Max a 3 stars. The amenities need improvement. Gym is awful. One towel per guest is left in the bathroom and very small. Had to ask for a second at the reception. Same for the bath soaps. Also, bed and sofas are the terrible.If you are half board be aware that the drinks are not included in the evening. And I mean no even a jag of water is offered, in order to make you order and pay for it. Food is ok, but no so fresh! Good point: the pools are very nice.They need to review standards and not describe itself as 4star. I’m honestly disappointed. Not recommend it. Sorry!
