Do not waste your money, built in 1963 and sheets on bed probably bought in same year, stayed in better room in a bothy.

    rating25 Sept 2025

Stayed here 16-23 September 25 On arrival at hotel reception the person booking us in did not do the hotel any favours whatsoever, no welcome and no personality whatsoever, got our key and went to our room and was shocked at how small it was, 2 small single beds with no space between them and to get in one of them you had to climb over the bed to get into it as jammed between a wall and the other bed, Only one socket that you could use for all electrical items, kettle, toaster and phone chargers etc. When using the socket you had to put the kettle/toaster on the one and only bedside cabinet as no room to put it elsewhere. Balcony was not as in photos, stuck in a corner of the building with a space about 1 metre wide to view out, Stayed 2 nights then made a complaint, got moved to a slightly larger room which did have 3 sockets to use but in an awkward location. Bedsheets not wide enough for bed and were about as old as the building as was the one and only pillow you get, The water pressure in room was certainly not adequate and on 4/5 occasions could not flush the toilet as no water, bathroom sink obviously had a problem as took ages to empty the sink, overall condition of rooms in a very bad state, probably never been touched since 1963 when hotel was builtOne night at approximately 21:15 hrs me and my wife thought we would have a game of pool, as we were looking at the slot to put your money in to see what it cost the person that booked us in started shouting down at us from reception 20 yds away then proceeded to come towards us in a fowl mood shouting at my wife “can you not read, no playing pool after 21:00 hrs, very unpleasant man with attitude ( think his name was Oscar) ? Rest of staff very pleasant !!Good points , pool area was nice enough and always got a sunbed probably due to the fact that the pool area was surrounded by buildings and sun only got to parts of the pool area and you had to change beds about 4 times throughout the day Would I go back, Never, even if it was free

    Great place to stay!

    rating23 Jun 2025

The apartment complex was exceptionally clean with fantastic facilities. I stayed in a studio room with a balcony, the room had two single beds, a sofa, table and chairs, a small kitchen area, bathroom and air conditioning. The beds were comfortable with nice pillows and clean bedding. The small kitchen area consisted of a sink, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and plenty of plates, cups etc., the bathroom consisted of a bath with shower over it, toilet, bidet and sink.Although you would describe the room as basic it had everything you would need. In the reception area there was a bar that was open all day and served pizzas at lunchtime, free drinking water was available all day at the bar and a pool table was in the area also. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Pool towels and water bottles were available at reception for a 10 euros deposit. Although the cleaners only came three set days in a week I found that was more than enough for our needs. The swimming pool area was immaculate and had plenty of sun beds and umbrellas, the pool was an L shape with one side deep for adult swimming and the other side shallower for children. WiFi was available although it kept dropping out in the room the signal was good in reception and the pool area.If I had to pick something that was lacking it was that there were not enough plug sockets in the room but we had an extension lead and that helped. The location was excellent, very close to the airport and about a 6 minute walk to the main sea front in C’an Pastilla. There were plenty of bars and restaurants close by and a good supermarket just round the corner on the main road that sold lovely pastries and pies and also tubs of cut up fruit. The bus stop was about a minute walk away on the main road to take you into Palma, the airport or the other way to Arenal, each trip was 2 euros pp (not sure if the airport bus was the same). I will definitely be returning to this gem of a place.

Great hotel in a lovely resort!

    rating26 May 2025

This is a great hotel! The studio room we had was basic but clean and with comfortable beds. Aircon worked well. A few minutes walk to a lovely beach and good restaurants. A supermarket next door. One minute to a bus stop into town for €2! Lovely pool area with comfortable sunbeds, always free. Pool is not heated but cold dipping is all the rage! Staff were all really pleasant and helpful. 6 minutes from the airport in a taxi for €15 or there’s a direct bus. The only drawback was we had a locked adjoining door into the next room and we could hear every word they uttered, their music, their child constantly crying, their coughing etc; they were so noisy! Take earplugs that block out all noise and you’ll be fine! If it wasn’t for this noise we would have given 5/5. It wouldn’t put us off staying there again as we were not in the room much anyway! Thank you for a lovely stay! We will be back!

Worst hotel/apartment I have ever stayed in. AVOID AT ALL COST!

    rating24 Aug 2024

Currently staying at this Aparthotel, and it is by far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at in my entire life. First, The english website says parking is available...it is not. Only street parking is available. When asking the front desk staff about parking they told us to look at the website and didnt even offer a simple apology for the confusion/misinformation. Secondly, cleaning service is only 3x a week, which is fine, however, I asked for fresh bath towels on a Sunday, as two days of using the same towels after multiple showers from the beach, it was much needed to change out the towels. When asking the front desk for towels, they literally said no and pointed to the cleaning schedule. They also told me its not a Four Star hotel and I should be fine waiting until tomorrow for all fresh linen and towels. We have two more nights of staying here and if it wasnt pre-paid I would easily look for another place to stay. I have stayed in all level of hotels/apartment rentals and have never been treated with such hostility and rude service. An apology or some simple kindness would go a long way, but clearly the management of this establishment is not interested in guests enjoying their holiday.

    Not Very Welcoming

    rating02 Oct 2023

Arrived 11.30pm was greeted or rather wasn't greeted by a very rude miserable older gentleman. Were none drinkers but wanted a soft drink asked what time the bar closes he said midnight so it's closed but it was only 11.30pm. Then he proceeds to say your in the basement no view and the lift doesn't go down so carry your luggage down. Down we went to a pitch black corridor there was only 1 sensored light for the whole corridor, room seemed clean but very, very basic. My husband and I have been on many holidays and never been biten and we were both bitten alive not sure if they were mosquito bites or bedbug bites. I would not recommend a studio like we booked as it was very dingey although some of the other rooms look nice. On the day we were leaving we asked the rude guy to call us a taxi to the airport he literally grunted at us he done it but not very hapy about it. Rudness spoils it and that guy just really wasn't very nice. We had a great holiday anyway and the location is really good.
