Location

This modern hotel is located approximately 50 m from the nearest fine sandy beach at the heart of the holiday resort of Alcudia. The resort's marina lies about 3 km away and shopping venues are to be found in the vicinity. Links to the public transport lie directly in front of the hotel.

Facility

320 rooms and 168 apartments are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Rooms

    We are currently on our last 2 days and are definitely coming back.The staff are so friendly, always smiling and nothing is too much trouble.The location is perfect, it is so relaxing and a short walk one way takes you into playa de muro and a bit further the other way takes you into alcudia. We preffered the more relaxed area of playa de muro.There is no one rushing around to reserve towels on sun beds and whatever time we came down, there are always sunbeds avaliable.The pool area is lovely and quiet, with some activities throughout the day if you wanted to take part. There is no loud music and no one trying to sell you anything.The Entertainment is very good and doesnt go on late at night so everyone has slept really well. The hotel staff all work so hard. The rooms are comfortable, probably the most comfortable beds we have slept in abroad. I recommend the sea view rooms as the view is beautiful. Fully equipped room with everything you'd need. It really has been a wonderful holiday and we are sad to be going home.     Absolutely fabulous hotel with really lovely rooms, attentive staff and a lovely pool the smaller of which is heated. The kids club is on for 2 hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon and in the evening there is a mini disco. I would definitely recommend the hotel and the self catering rooms.     Excellent hotel. Ideally situated between beach and lake. Bus stop is about a 2 minute walk and there's a bus every 10 minutes or so. Food was excellent always something different at the buffet restaurant, salad was lovely and fresh and the hot food was always hot. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel from the cleaners to reception staff. Rooms were very clean, spacious and had everything you needed in. Entertainment was good and different every night.Would highly recommend this hotel.     Excellent staff from the reception staff to bar staff & cleaners. All good above and beyond to deliver great service. We stayed in 517 which has fabulous sea views & the largest balcony in the hotel. Good facilities for a self catering break with plenty of options to eat at the hotel if we wished. Good location for local transport & my husband recommends the bike storage facilities.     The staff are amazing and super helpful, from check in, to the restaurants, the cleaners and spa personnel. It is well located with plenty of parking and was a great location for the Mallorca 312 race. The rooms would benefit from updating but are functional, very clean and comfortable, with everything you need. Bathroom drains did not smell good a couple of times and the air conditioning is controlled by the hotel depending on the season, so we were too warm in our room the first night. But overall a very well run and comfortable hotel.
