Location

Located directly next to the sea and close to the city centre, this beach hotel is situated in the tourist centre of C'an Picafort. The beach, numerous shops, various bars and restaurants as well as well as public transport are also in the hotel's vicinity. Palma airport is located around 60 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 15 single rooms and 85 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a safe, a currency exchange service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service and a fax machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Most units include a balcony with sea views, where guests can relax and linger a while. Rooms include a double bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy on-site cycling/mountain biking. For a fee, tennis is also available. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy sailing and snorkelling.     Best hotel in the island!

    I can’t even put into words how wonderful our experience at this hotel was. First things first, reception staff were amazing, standards were extremely high, very helpful and polite, surprisingly on our 6 nights stay, we did see a couple of different faces which none failed to have the best smile on and their best attitude to help and instruct us on whatever we needed to know. Further ahead to our hotel room, we had a partial sea view, which also exceeded our expectations as it has the most beautiful view to a very beautiful sea. Beds were very comfortable although they were single beds put together, it was no issue. The cleaning staff were spotless, very respectful and always charismatic, they never ignore a do not disturb door sign, and they would always offer fresh clean towels when we’d see them on the corridor, when they did clean, they left it spotless, and our personal stuff always remained safe and untouched even if we left them out, which is very nice. No noises, but the nice sound of the waves at night, which does not bother once you shut the balcony door. Down to the restaurant, what a place! Breakfast is amazing and has a vast buffet, food is always fresh, as they do keep cooking them and it’s like food never run out in that place. Many options for different likes and diets. There are juice and coffee machines with many different types available. Dinner is amazing. Everyday they have a different menu, with a huge selection of meals, which are amazing, and it also comes with delicious desserts. You’ll feel like you’ve committed a crime if you ever miss out one of their precious meals. The staff in the restaurant are amazing, I can easily put them as best people I’ve met during this trip, special shout out to Chia and Javi that helped me surprise my girlfriend on her birthday. They are amazing people and I could give all the best compliments to them. Amazing service, great daily chatter, just amazing people, not just workers. The host for the dinner is an amazing person as well, always has the best smile on, always checking up on everyone. And the staff does make sure there’s seating available and that everyone has a clean table, taking out your empty plates to ensure we have space and are in a clean space. 10/10 service, all waiters were amazing. Atmosphere was also amazing, the hotel is really cozy and they always bring singers that will always bring the vibes up. The hotel is perfectly located, it’s in between good restaurants and cocktail bars, with great prices and it’s less than a minute walk from a beautiful sandy beach, with crystalline warm water depending on the weather. Absolutely spectacular experience, from the check in to the check out, absolutely amazing. Even past the checkout, they will let you use their pool, locker and shower facilities whilst you wait for your transfer to the airport. 10/10.     Great experience, food was very good and hotel rooms were very clean. Small rooms but enough space for everything, highly recommend room with sea view. We had 2 rooms, one with sea view and the other with partial sea view, both very good.Location is excellent, right next to the beach, restaurants and shops. Will definitely return.     The hotel is well organised, staff is very attentative. Decent breakfast, beds ok. We arrived very early, but were able to enter a room before actual checkin time. That was not the type of room we booked and at the end of the day we were transfered to the type of room we did book.
