Location

This hotel lies in a beautiful, quiet location, in the tourist area of Cape Colom. From this location, on a headland with a rocky coastline, directly over the sea, guests are offered a stunning view. The sea is easily reached down a flight of steps. Cala Marsal sandy beach is only around 600 m away; and the small town centre with shops and restaurants is only around 2 km away. The nearest public transport links are also located within metres of the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 25 single rooms and 94 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, a TV room, a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry are available. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Travellers with bicycles can make use of the on-site bicycle storage area.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. Guests may safely secure their valuables in a safe for an additional fee. A telephone, satellite television and WiFi (for a fee) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. The fitness rooms are perfect for a comprehensive workout. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. The hotel offers an entertainment programme for adults.

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    Overall a wonderful hotel- Staff were attentive and always polite and greeted you with a smile nothing is ever to much trouble The food was out of this world something for everyone we ate very well you will never go hungry that’s for sure!! The rooms are basic but extremely clean with house keeping coming in every day.. No needs to rush down for sun loungers plenty for everyone.     This hotel may be classed as 3 star but it is clean, comfortable, has friendly, helpful, efficient staff and the food selection on all inclusive is really very good. There is not a massive choice of food but it is excellent quality and well cooked. The beds are so comfortable. Porto Colom is a quiet resort and perfect for a laid back holiday.     Great Holiday Views were great so was the staff. Food was good and enjoyed the hotel. Being on my own I don’t expected a king size room. But when there is a bump stop bolted to the toilet floor to stop the door banging into the toilet it’s a bit to much.     I had a fantastic relaxing holiday in Js Cape Colom Hotel when I stayed there for 10 nights at the beginning of May.The location was somewhere that I had never been to before but it was in a lovely quiet area and there was a stunning cove beach less than 10 minutes walk away.The local transport services were easily accessible so I was not restricted in visiting other areas round about.The Hotel itself is spotless and my room was cleaned every day.The food was buffet style with hot meals served at a separate area with plenty of dishes to cater for all tastes.All the staff throughout were pleasant and helpful wherever they were working in the Hotel and are a credit to their employers.The weather was a bit disappointing but unfortunately, as wonderful as the staff were, they couldn’t help with this 🤣.I would definitely recommend Js Cape Hotel to anyone who just wants to go for a flip and flop holiday to get away from everyday stresses for a while.
