This centrally located hotel is situated just across the pedestrianised promenade from the kilometre-long sandy beach in the lively resort of Ca'n Picafort where guests will discover many shopping and entertainment venues. Links to the public transport are to be found directly out front.

Facility

142 non-smoking rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock.     Atmosphere in hotel was very frendly and cozy. Room, restaurant and whole hotel were clean and nice. Location near beach is perfect.     We had a great time, hotel room is quite small and shower could do with being upgraded but it did the job. Nice roof terrace and pool but the sun loungers were not very comfortable, (buy a cheap lilo and put it on the lounger), stones throw from the beach so we lay at the pool but swam in the sea so no need to pay for loungers on the beach which is very crowded. Food was okay, always something and a nice outside terrace. Restaurant staff always busy clearing tables etc..lots of bars,shops and restaurants nearby.     Might be worst hotel experience in all our travels

    Firstly. They said room would be ready in 10mins. 1.5 hours later I went back up to desk. The person in front of me originally had room 014. They asked to switch and were given our room which was reserved as a balcony room. They gave us no recommends on where to eat, places to see, etc. just given the key. When we finally got our room they gave us the room they just switched 014. When we got to 014 no power. Went back to desk. They said “oh forgot to give you the card the needs to be inserted for power”. First of all, this room has no balcony which we reserved. The window faces the alley and a car. The Air Conditioning did not function. We ask 3 times (12pm, 3:30pm and 9 pm). for them to fix. Each time they said they would. It never was. The room was approximately 32 C. Only bright spot was the bartender was extremely friendly. Would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone but my worst enemy.     Avoid this hotel – especially if you’re traveling with a baby!

    We booked a 7-night stay with our 8-month-old baby, and it has been a truly unpleasant experience. The air conditioning does not work properly, and the room is unbearably hot – making it nearly impossible for our baby to sleep. We’ve reached out to the staff multiple times, but they seem completely indifferent to the situation.At first, they promised to bring a fan to the room – hours later, we’re still waiting. I’ve kindly asked if someone from the staff could come and feel how hot the room is themselves, but no one ever shows up.We still have 5 days left of our stay, and instead of enjoying our vacation, we’re just trying to get through it, exhausted and uncomfortable. The hotel refuses to refund or offer any alternative so we could move to a more suitable place for our baby.The service here is honestly unacceptable. The staff are not helpful, not responsive, and show no concern for guest comfort or wellbeing.I’m writing this to warn other families – especially those traveling with small children – to avoid this place. Choose a hotel where guests are treated with care and basic needs are actually met.     Stayed there for one week in June. The location is fantastic with a great view. The staff is very serviceminded and gave great advice on what to do and where to have tasty dinners. The breakfast is very nice, varied selection and very tasty. The salsa was yummy.
