Location

This welcoming hotel lies amidst beautifully kept gardens overlooking the marina of El Arenal. A kilometre-long beautiful sand beach is only 200 m from the hotel. A selection of shopping and entertainment venues is to be found nearby in Arenal. Links to the public transport network lie in front of the hotel.

Facility

246 rooms, including 6 suites and 119 double rooms, are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a safe, a TV room, a playroom, a car hire service, medical assistance and room service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features of some rooms. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the double bed.     Nice, small hotel in a noisy area (Arenal) of Palma. Clean simple rooms,small bathroom with strange toilet position. Bike in the room is ok. Rooms cleaned everyday.Nice, friendly staff.nice buffet breakfast exept for the juice machine which give you a taste artificial frukt juices. Coffe is good.Dinner is a little bit boring and forget about the wine.Ok pool area with a bar and serves simple dishes. What could be improved? Please give us a refrigerator. even a small one could be nice. And some proper wineglasses and open the coffemachines for dinner please.     Horrible management, bed bugs, and guilt tripping.

    Horrible service, bed bugs and intimidating neighbours.Customer service refused everything we stated even if everything was clearly caught on camera, neighbours scaring our dog by loudly barking outside of our room every time they passed and hammering on our door, cleaning lady also witnessed this but the management refused, we moved room but our dog was still traumatized and literally not moving from the corner of the room for multiple days, the new room had bed bugs, which night shift handled and moved us to a third room, management also refused that this ever had happened., all we asked for was to get covered the expenses of having to drag all our clothes to a laundry to clean everything, but management refused because according to them none of this had ever happened, actually terrible how røde and unpolite management and customer service was. Would NEVER in my whole life return even if we got paid to go there I will never but one foot inside their establishment again and I truly Recommend no one to go there, not even as a last resort. Half of the staff barely say hi, or even looks at us, the other half was super nice, they know who they are, and we really appreciate them, but that does not make up for the hotel ruining our 3 week stay.     Good hotel, would visit again.Bike garage, good food, friendly stuff. Swimming pool and bar outside are good. Beach about 250 meters from the hotel.     I have visited JS Paradise Sport for 10 years (twice in each year). Very good hotel. Reception people are very good. Teresa and Bea are very friendly and very helpful.     Clean room, nice balcony. Good gymsFood was excellent,we stayed HB. Hotel close to amenities inc. the A2 airport bus and the seafront. Beds come apart easy so watch out couples. Walls a bit thin. Walk in shower would be an improvement as bath is small and no plug.Pool area good and regularly cleaned. Pool is an ok size. Pool bar is good with friendly staff. Dynamic bar is reasonably priced.
