  Great location, so near the beach, bars & shops, room a bit musty, blankets needed at least an airing before we were content to use them. Spa facilities were revolting, jacuzzi was not fully working and black mould around. We were not informed we needed to book it so they could switch everything on, but even when we did it clearly needed more time to heat through and was still unhygienic. Food was ok, an odd mix and clearly catering mostly for the German clientele. No allergen information and chefs were disinterested so you were left to use judgement & take chances! Pool was over the road & they charge for towel usage, you also have to buy drinking water there. It was a bargain offer so I would go again despite this, but costs out and about are along the lines of UK prices. The excursions available have a limited appeal and also start not in the town so additional cost there too. White sand, pleasant area, decent people (tourists & locals), I felt at ease & safe there.   Nice hotel in a very good location

  Nice clean Hotel in a really good location. Plenty of choice for breakfast, nice coffee. Nice pool area and though the hotel is adult only, the pool is shared with another hotel that isn't adult only. The only negative comment is how uncomfortable the sunbeds round the pool are. They have a bar across that digs right in your back! Rooms are nice enough. Very comfy beds. The only thing missing is a kettle to make a cuppa. The reception area is lovely. Looks like its just been refurbished with really nice furniture. Didn't use the spa. Overall. Very nice.   Loved this Hotel in Can Picafort.

  I had the pleasure of staying here a few times by myself and with my family too.The location is Spot on and the food was great. Especially the Dinner.The Lady on Reception was a great person and a bit of a Celebrity for the Hotel I feel. She was great with the Customers and made us feel welcome. When I returned back for a solo trip I was greeted with a free gift in my room which was a super nice surprise. I will be back.   Hotel close to the beach. But the beds need updating and services need improvement

  Can Picafort town is a lovely place and the hotel location is close (2 minutes walk) to the beach. Nearby there are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. There is a decent size lounge area with comfy sofas and tables & chairs which we used on a few occasions. There is also a bar in that area which is serviced by the receptionist during the day and restaurant staff in the evening. The hotel also has a Spa which includes a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi pool. Although it was great to use it, the water jets in the jacuzzi were not working to full capacity. The hotel signs states maximum two users at one time and whilst I was there on my own, four other guests turned up and started using the facilities. There are no hooks to hang towels, bags, clothes, etc so the other guests were using the two chairs for these things.I found the beds soft and uncomfortable (need updating) which meant I didn't sleep properly during my 7 night stay. My friend said the beds were the same in their room. The room was clean. There is a decent size wardrobe with about 10-12 coat hangers - sufficient for myself. Plus the drawers on the bedside tables which is good for tidying things away. All the rooms have a small fridge. Unfortunately, the selection of food and seating in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was limited. On a few occasions guests had to use the lounge area to eat their dinner. The restaurant seating area is indoors with some seating outside but too small to accommodate the hotel guest capacity when the weather is cooler in the morning and evening. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor seating area during breakfast and dinner service times which is not pleasant whilst eating as it permeates into the restaurant. We found the selection of salad and fresh fruit minimal so ended up buying fruit from local shops to top up our intake. However the food on offer at the restaurant all tasted good. If you're going to the beach, the hotel have a store of umbrellas for guests to use, but this is not common knowledge! This is my 4th visit to Can Picafort staying in different hotels including another JS hotel. My friend and I were both disappointed with this JS hotel so will not return to this one.   Fantastic location, hotel a bit tired looking but kept fabulously clean by the staff, we stayed half board, good breakfast, omelette made on request, evening meal can be bit repetitive, but always something to choose from, we ate out several nights which was our choice lots of places to choose from in the area. Plenty of sun beds for all, not sure about summer we stayed late September, loved the resort lots of eating and drinking places.
