Location

    This hotel has got to be one of the best hotels I have stayed on holiday, reception team are so friendly and welcoming bar staff are amazing also,, food and drinks 10/10,, my children loved to slides and the water park area, will be coming back next year 100%

    We visited this hotel as a big family with kids and babies included, first of all I will say the cleanliness is okay, my biggest complain, the food- we had to eat out instead as the food was disgusting and there is so little option. The chefs don’t understand English so you can’t ask about ingredients which is unhelpful for allergies, as the even more unhelpful managers, specially the tall frizzy haired woman who wanders round staring as your eating your dinner. , they said it’s our fault a family member had to be rushed to hospital on IV and adrenaline due to the signs not specifying if nuts are contained, and of course that’s our fault according to the staff. no compensation and a big giant 0 amount of empathy. Wouldn’t even let us keep the room longer so she could rest after the hospital. One of the nights for the entertainment the clown did something INCREDIBLY INAPPROPRIATE!! He pulled his trousers down revealing his speedos! What a disgusting thing to do in-front of a crowd of kids. I mean clowns have a weird stereotype but to live up to it and do that to some minors? Absolutely horrendous. Also as we went an ordered food from the snack-bar we left our sun beds for 2 minutes and the lifeguard stole all our towels and sunbeds! We would not be returning and I would not reccomend. Please don’t come if you have young kids , people with allergies , picky eaters . And this is not a family hotel as there was multiple groups of drunk men here from teams of sport. Do not visit this trash.

    Stayed here 7 times up to now.Tony & Petra from guest relations are great people so friendly and always welcoming.Pablo off reception is also so welcoming and will always help you out with anything.Fran from the bar is so friendly and is always happy to serve you and have a chat.This hotel is amazing, rooms are very clean and around the pool area is kept spotless, the snacks during the day are also great all freshly cooked. The meals at night are also nice, a good choice to choose from, all round this hotel and the staff i mentioned make this hotel amazing! I will keep returning :)

    My Family and I came here for a mini break. This is honestly the best 3 star hotel we have been to. This place has a very nice family vibe. The artificial grass makes the surroundings look nice but also provides a non slip surface around the pool. The pool is great for 12 and unders. The food is excellent. Located 2 minutes over the road at the sister hotel. Small but loads of choice. Pool bar serves good choice of lunch and snacks 10am til 6pm.The staff are hard working and very friendly. Quick bar service and good drink selection The rooms are basic, newly decorated and clean. Towels seemed to have been changed daily.Overall great little place, close to the beach, bars and shops. 30 minutes in a taxi from the airport.

    We came for a chill out holiday and that's exactly what we got , the staff are really nice and friendly and very helpful with any questions 😊 It is walking distance to town to all the shops and restaurants so it's very handy ,I will definitely be recommending jutlandia to friends and family.
