    Great time! Very clean room! Cleaners were on it and very polite so a tip was given! Great service all round we did room only and was spot on! Pool was lovely wasn't over crowded at all and no Germans lol 😆 thank you guys for a great 5 day holiday!

    Situated close to the downtown area the hotel acts as a good base to see Mallorca.Nice check-in by Martina who made a good first impression and has a great sense of humour.The room was small but practical, what you would expect for the price paid. A kettle for tea and coffee would have made it much better. Breakfast was a buffet that was well stocked and offered good variety. Friendly breakfast staff as well.Excellent outdoor pool on the 2nd floor, with a bar that becomes the hub of the hotel. It's less than a minute walk to a Mercado Supermarket to stock up on supplies.My room had city views and a generous balcony.

    I had a fantastic 4 night stay at the end of June.Breakfast was ideal.Small balcony in a solo room. A just enough room to sit and read on.Room was clean and tidy, didn’t turn the TV on at all.The rather was amazing so made good use of the pool and sun loungers. 3 layers to the sun terrace, up in the roof was quite for the late evening sun seekers like myself.The pool bar was great, pity they stopped serving food at 4pm.The location was great. Supermarkets to either side of you and a 3 minute walk from the beach.I am already looking to return in September

    I stayed here with my adult daughters from 15th to 20th June and we all had a fantastic holiday. Hotel Kilimanjaro is great value for money; it was clean and well kept, breakfast was good, staff were very helpful, especially the ladies serving at the pool bar and the location was great with it only being a short walk to the beach and near some lovely bars and restaurants. The pool area is lovely and is thoroughly cleaned every morning.My only criticism would be that I booked a triple room for three adults and I had to sleep on a sofa bed that was very firm/uncomfortable.I have not marked the hotel score down for this because everything else was great, but getting more comfortable sofa beds would be a good improvement.

    No air con in room, shower broken, bathroom would flood if used it for more than one minute. Elena the receptionist so miserable rude and unhelpful. Pool area is nice that is only positive. No entertainment and no light or table in balcony to sit out at night, the bar and pool area close at 11pm and they don’t even let you sit there to drink and enjoy your evening.
